【摘要】:隨著光通信及光纖傳感技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,特別是波分復(fù)用(WDM)和密集波分復(fù)用(DWDM)系統(tǒng)的廣泛應(yīng)用,梳狀光纖濾波器研究一直是光纖通信乃至光電子領(lǐng)域的一個研究熱點。光纖Sagnac環(huán)本身有濾波特性,具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本低、穩(wěn)定性好、調(diào)諧范圍大等優(yōu)點。光纖光柵具有可靈活設(shè)計的反射光譜帶寬、附加損耗小、體積小以及與光纖兼容技術(shù)成熟、成本低等特性,被廣泛應(yīng)用于光纖通信和光纖傳感的各種濾波或選頻等器件中。由光纖光柵和Sagnac環(huán)可以構(gòu)成梳狀濾波器,實現(xiàn)各種不同的濾波特性。本文著重提出并研究了一種新型的基于取樣光纖光柵的Sagnac環(huán)微波光子濾波器和一種新型的基于相移光纖光柵的Sagnac環(huán)微波光子濾波器的設(shè)計、建模、仿真、優(yōu)化等,詳細討論了各器件參數(shù)對該濾波器的光譜特性的影響。本文主要創(chuàng)新點和研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)研究了微波光子濾波器的發(fā)展,對一般的光纖Sagnac環(huán)濾波器進行了理論和數(shù)值研究。利用傳輸矩陣法研究了光纖Sagnac環(huán)以及基于均勻光纖光柵的Sagnac環(huán)微波光子濾波器的傳輸特性,并進行MATLAB數(shù)值仿真和分析。(2)首先利用Jones矩陣法,對取樣光纖光柵的反射光譜進行詳細的理論研究和數(shù)值仿真,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種新型的基于取樣光纖光柵的Sagnac環(huán)微波光子濾波器的設(shè)計,建立了理論分析模型,并進行詳細的理論推導(dǎo),利用MATLAB軟件進行了相關(guān)的數(shù)值模擬,著重研究了基于取樣光纖光柵的Sagnac環(huán)微波光子濾波器的透射光譜特性,以及各種關(guān)鍵器件參數(shù)(光纖環(huán)臂差、取樣周期、折射率調(diào)制深度和占空比等)對所設(shè)計濾波器的輸出光譜的影響。在大量數(shù)值模擬的基礎(chǔ)上,優(yōu)化取樣光纖光柵的長度L、光纖環(huán)臂差DL和取樣周期P等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的數(shù)值,設(shè)計了六種不同的濾波器,它們具有分立譜線、高反射率、等間隔的不同通道數(shù)目窄帶梳狀透射譜,且具有良好的波長選擇性和信道隔離度?梢詫崿F(xiàn)16通道的100GHz的DWDM系統(tǒng)和8通道的200GHz的DWDM系統(tǒng)的窄帶濾波;可以制成雙波長的光纖激光器,用于太赫茲波的產(chǎn)生;能得到單峰的窄帶透射譜,可應(yīng)用于分布式傳感系統(tǒng)中。(3)提出了另一種新型的基于相移光纖光柵的Sagnac環(huán)微波光子濾波器的設(shè)計,建立了理論分析模型,利用Jones矩陣法進行理論推導(dǎo),在MATLAB軟件平臺上進行數(shù)值仿真,著重研究了該濾波器的輸出光譜特性,詳細分析了一些重要參數(shù)如光纖環(huán)臂差、相移量的大小、相移的位置和相移的數(shù)目等對透射光譜的影響?梢缘玫疥P(guān)于中心波長Bl近似對稱、通道數(shù)目和阻帶帶寬可調(diào)節(jié)的雙峰帶通梳狀濾波器。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of optical communication and optical fiber sensing technology, especially the wide application of wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) and dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) systems. Comb fiber filter has been a research hotspot in the field of optical fiber communication and optoelectronics. The fiber Sagnac ring has the characteristics of filtering, simple structure, low cost and good stability. Fiber Bragg grating has the advantages of flexible design of reflectance spectrum bandwidth, small additional loss, small volume, mature technology compatible with fiber, low cost and so on. It is widely used in optical fiber communication and optical fiber sensing devices such as filter or frequency selection. The comb filter can be made up of fiber grating and Sagnac loop. In this paper, a novel Sagnac ring microwave photonic filter based on sampled fiber grating and a new type of Sagna based on phase-shifted fiber grating are proposed and studied. Design of C-ring microwave photonic filter. Modeling, simulation, optimization and so on, the effects of device parameters on the spectral characteristics of the filter are discussed in detail. The main innovation and research contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the development of microwave photonic filter is studied. The general fiber Sagnac loop filter is studied theoretically and numerically. The optical fiber Sagnac loop and the Sagnac ring microwave photonic filter based on uniform fiber grating are studied by using the transfer matrix method. The transmission characteristics of the device. MATLAB numerical simulation and analysis. 2) firstly, the reflection spectrum of sampled fiber Bragg grating is studied and numerically simulated by Jones matrix method in detail. A novel Sagnac ring microwave photonic filter based on sampled fiber gratings is proposed. The theoretical analysis model is established and the theoretical derivation is given in detail. The transmission spectrum of Sagnac ring microwave photonic filter based on sampled fiber grating is studied by using MATLAB software. And the influence of various key device parameters (fiber ring arm difference, sampling period, refractive index modulation depth and duty cycle) on the output spectrum of the designed filter. Based on a large number of numerical simulations. By optimizing the values of the key parameters such as the length of the sampled fiber grating (L), the ring arm difference (DL) and the sampling period (P), six different filters are designed, which have discrete spectral lines and high reflectivity. The number of channels with equal spacing is narrow band comb transmission spectrum. With good wavelength selectivity and channel isolation, narrowband filtering for 16-channel 100GHz DWDM system and 8-channel 200GHz DWDM system can be realized. Two-wavelength fiber laser can be made for the generation of terahertz wave. A novel Sagnac ring microwave photonic filter based on phase-shifted fiber grating is proposed. The theoretical analysis model is established, the theoretical derivation is carried out by using Jones matrix method, and the numerical simulation is carried out on the platform of MATLAB. The output spectral characteristics of the filter are emphatically studied. The effects of some important parameters, such as fiber ring arm difference, the magnitude of phase shift, the position of phase shift and the number of phase shifts, on the transmission spectrum are analyzed in detail. The approximate symmetry of the center wavelength Bl can be obtained. Bimodal band-pass comb filter with adjustable channel number and stopband bandwidth.
