【摘要】：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)檢波功率放大器測(cè)試設(shè)備測(cè)試效率低、操作繁瑣、易誤操作的缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了基于TestStand的檢波功率放大器自動(dòng)測(cè)試軟件;該軟件充分利用TestStand多線程并行高速執(zhí)行的特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了多套產(chǎn)品的同時(shí)自動(dòng)測(cè)試;通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)自定義測(cè)試項(xiàng),并且將測(cè)試流程和測(cè)試項(xiàng)的設(shè)計(jì)分離,增強(qiáng)了軟件的復(fù)用性和維護(hù)性;實(shí)際應(yīng)用證明,該軟件提高了測(cè)試效率,降低了測(cè)試成本,促進(jìn)了自動(dòng)測(cè)試設(shè)備領(lǐng)域的新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the defects of low test efficiency , complex operation and easy misoperation of the traditional detection power amplifier test equipment , a test power amplifier automatic test software based on TestStand is designed ; the software fully utilizes the characteristics of the TestStand multi - thread parallel high - speed execution , realizes simultaneous automatic testing of multiple products ; and realizes the reusability and maintenance of the software by designing a self - defined test item ; and the actual application proves that the software improves the test efficiency , reduces the test cost and promotes the new development in the field of automatic test equipment .
