【摘要】:目前電子生產(chǎn)工藝大多數(shù)采用了SMT表面貼裝技術(shù),但是存在某些元件或者部分依然需要采用手工焊接。本課題針對某生產(chǎn)企業(yè)微風扇裝配生產(chǎn)線中的電路板焊裝工藝而設(shè)計,能夠完成該產(chǎn)品的自動焊接。因此,本課題主要是設(shè)計了一款微風扇電路板專用焊錫機。該設(shè)備的機器結(jié)構(gòu)采用了直角坐標類型,利用三軸運動實現(xiàn)對微風扇電路板上的目標位置進行坐標定位,并進行焊錫操作。本課題主要是完成設(shè)計了一款針對微風扇電路板焊錫機焊錫操作的機械臂控制系統(tǒng)。選擇了STM32F103VET6作為處理器,建立了控制系統(tǒng),包括了通訊模塊、存儲器擴展模塊接口電路以及開關(guān)量接口電路等。在軟件方面,主要是基于ARM片上系統(tǒng)STM32F103VET6和μC/OS-Ⅱ。經(jīng)過針對微風扇電路板焊接內(nèi)容的仔細分析,確定焊接運動控制任務(wù)流程。在STM32F103VET6的片上系統(tǒng)移植μC/OS-Ⅱ,完成對微風扇電路板專用焊錫機控制系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計。同時,為了使用戶能夠方便生產(chǎn)管理整個焊錫操作的過程,實現(xiàn)了基于Lab VIEW軟件的用戶界面設(shè)計。其中STM32F103VET6與PC機利用MAX232進行數(shù)據(jù)交換,完成了微風扇專用焊錫機控制系統(tǒng)的人機交互功能以及示教功能。
[Abstract]:At present, SMT surface mounting technology is used in most electronic production processes. However, there are some components or parts still need to be manually welded. This subject is designed for the circuit board welding process in the assembly line of micro-fan in a manufacturing enterprise, which can complete the automatic welding of the product. In this paper, a special soldering machine for microfan circuit board is designed. The machine structure of the device adopts the type of rectangular coordinate, and the coordinate location of the target position on the circuit board of microfan is realized by using three-axis motion. The main task of this paper is to design a manipulator control system for the soldering machine of micro-fan circuit board soldering machine. STM32F103VET6 is selected as the processor. The control system is established, including communication module, memory expansion module interface circuit and switch quantity interface circuit.
