【摘要】:目前,我國大力發(fā)展智能變電站,構(gòu)建大數(shù)據(jù)平臺。在這戰(zhàn)略背景下,電力設(shè)備的狀態(tài)檢測與診斷是智能變電站非常重要的一環(huán),目前已被納入到智能變電站建設(shè)中,而由于紅外檢測是電力設(shè)備檢測的重要手段,因此,熱像儀自然成為了電力設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢測中的重要工具。本文通過分析當(dāng)前熱像儀檢測技術(shù)在電力檢測的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在數(shù)據(jù)離散、對電力設(shè)備的診斷比較粗糙等問題。在深入了解電力系統(tǒng)的需求狀況,熟悉檢測業(yè)務(wù)流程的基礎(chǔ)上,本文利用熱像儀、圖像處理、軟件工程等技術(shù),設(shè)計開發(fā)適用于電力設(shè)備的精細(xì)化分析系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)包括紅外檢測前端設(shè)備、3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)、服務(wù)器以及客戶端。紅外檢測前端設(shè)備采集數(shù)據(jù),并通過3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)實現(xiàn)其與服務(wù)器、客戶端之間的通信與數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。服務(wù)器實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫操作、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、數(shù)據(jù)分析以及權(quán)限管理。客戶端實現(xiàn)預(yù)置位與設(shè)備臺帳的匹配,以及對紅外檢測前端設(shè)備的控制、巡檢路線的設(shè)置以及熱圖的分析等功能。為達(dá)到精細(xì)化分析的目標(biāo),客戶端的開發(fā)包括對熱圖的點、線、方框、圓、橢圓、多邊形、輪廓等區(qū)域溫度分析工具的設(shè)計,以及電力設(shè)備的分析規(guī)則與報警功能設(shè)計。本系統(tǒng)以SQLSever2012作為數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺,采用VS2012進(jìn)行軟件設(shè)計,采用OpenCV開源視覺庫對圖像分析處理,完成基于紅外圖像分析的電力設(shè)備精細(xì)化分析軟件設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)對電力設(shè)備采集紅外圖像并進(jìn)行精細(xì)化測溫分析的目的。運行測試結(jié)果表明,本系統(tǒng)所設(shè)計的軟、硬件各項功能能可靠、穩(wěn)定工作,實現(xiàn)了對電力設(shè)備的測溫分析功能以及規(guī)則分析功能,完成了本系統(tǒng)對電力設(shè)備精細(xì)化分析的目標(biāo),對于提升電力設(shè)備的在線檢測業(yè)務(wù)精細(xì)化水平有積極而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, our country vigorously develops the intelligent substation, constructs the big data platform, under this strategic background, the electric power equipment condition detection and the diagnosis is the intelligence substation very important link. At present, it has been incorporated into the construction of intelligent substation, and because infrared detection is an important means of power equipment detection, so. Thermal imager has naturally become an important tool in the state detection of power equipment. This paper analyzes the current application of thermal imaging technology in electric power detection and finds that there are discrete data. The diagnosis of power equipment is rough. On the basis of deep understanding of the power system requirements and familiar with the detection business process, this paper makes use of thermal imager, image processing, software engineering and other technologies. The design and development of a detailed analysis system for power equipment. This system includes infrared front-end equipment 3G network, server and client. Infrared front-end equipment to collect data. The communication and data transmission between the server and the client are realized through 3G network. The server realizes database operation and data storage. Data analysis and authority management. The client realizes the matching of the preset and the equipment account, and the control of the front end equipment of infrared detection. In order to achieve the goal of fine analysis, the development of client includes the point, line, box, circle, ellipse, polygon of thermal map. The design of area temperature analysis tools such as contour, as well as the analysis rules of power equipment and the design of alarm function. This system takes SQLSever2012 as the database platform. The software is designed with VS2012, and the image is analyzed and processed by OpenCV open source vision library. The detailed analysis software of power equipment based on infrared image analysis is designed. The purpose of collecting infrared image and analyzing the temperature of power equipment is realized. The test results show that the software and hardware of the system can work reliably and stably. The function of temperature measurement and analysis of power equipment and the function of rule analysis are realized, and the goal of fine analysis of power equipment in this system is accomplished. It has a positive and profound significance for improving the fine level of online detection service of electric power equipment.
