【摘要】:應(yīng)用激光波長調(diào)制光譜(WMS)技術(shù),建立了一種開放光路短光程檢測玻璃藥瓶內(nèi)氧氣含量的方法。選擇氧氣分子位于760.885(13 142.58cm-1)的吸收譜線,通過多次調(diào)試優(yōu)化了系統(tǒng)相關(guān)參數(shù),給出了實(shí)時(shí)扣背景及實(shí)時(shí)譜線校正等數(shù)據(jù)處理的方法和步驟。采集七種不同氧氣含量的玻璃藥瓶樣本,獲取相應(yīng)的二次諧波信號,分別建立二次諧波峰值、半高譜峰面積與濃度的線性回歸方程進(jìn)行定量預(yù)測。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,其擬合系數(shù)分別為0.996 6和0.997 8,后者相比前者的標(biāo)定方法提高了0.12%。采用完全交互驗(yàn)證的方法來評價(jià)兩個(gè)模型的預(yù)測精度,其預(yù)測的均方根誤差(RMSEP)分別是0.003 1和0.002 0,后者相比前者降低了37.69%。對濃度是4%的氣體樣品,比較不同時(shí)間的20次測量結(jié)果,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差分別為0.002 2和0.0016,后者相比前者降低了27.3%,同時(shí)其測量靈敏度分別為0.198%和0.097%,后者相比前者的靈敏度提高了約51%。證明了該系統(tǒng)及數(shù)據(jù)處理方法對玻璃藥瓶內(nèi)氧氣含量檢測是可行的,且利用半高譜峰面積更豐富的幅值信息來反演氣體濃度可以降低波峰失真影響,檢測精度更高,穩(wěn)定性更好。
[Abstract]:Application of laser wavelength modulation spectroscopy (WMS) technology, a new method of open path detection of glass bottle with short path oxygen content. The calibration method can improve the prediction accuracy of 0.12%. to evaluate the two methods using full cross validation of the model, the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) were 0.0031 and 0.0020, the latter than before The 37.69%. is a gas sample of 4% concentration, 20 measurements in different time, the standard deviation is 0.0022 and 0.0016, compared with the former decreased by 27.3%, while its sensitivity were 0.198% and 0.097%, compared with the former sensitivity increased about 51%. proved the system and data processing method the feasibility of detection of oxygen content in the glass bottle, and the use of high Pufeng area half amplitude information more abundant to retrieve the gas concentration can reduce wave distortion, higher detection accuracy and better stability.
