基于介孔TiO 2 /石墨烯修飾的TiO 2 納米線光陽極的染料敏化太陽能電池(英文)

本工作制作了基于介孔TiO2/石墨烯修飾的TiO2納米線光陽極的染料敏化太陽能電池,并進(jìn)行表征。光陽極結(jié)合了介孔TiO2的高染料吸附率,TiO2納米線的高載流子傳導(dǎo)率和石墨烯的高電子收獲能力等優(yōu)點(diǎn),使器件光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率有了很大的提高。制作出的染料敏化太陽能電池光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率高達(dá)7.58%,比純納米線制作的電池約提高了1.5倍,在擁有相似一維結(jié)構(gòu)的染料敏化太陽能電池中具有較大優(yōu)勢。
