核電廠數(shù)字化儀控系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)可靠性分析

儀控系統(tǒng)是核電站的神經(jīng)中樞,而反應(yīng)堆保護系統(tǒng)則是核電廠神經(jīng)中樞中的小腦,其可靠性對于核電廠安全運行至關(guān)重要。通常,使用簡單的故障樹/事件樹方法來分核電廠系統(tǒng)的可靠性。對于數(shù)字化儀控系統(tǒng),則需用更全面的動態(tài)可靠性方法進行更準確的評估。在眾多動態(tài)可靠性方法中,布爾驅(qū)動馬爾可夫過程(BDMP)是一個有前途的解決方案。論文以超溫△ T保護系統(tǒng)為例,進行了 BDMP建模與定量分析。并分析了不同修復(fù)率對超溫△ T保護系統(tǒng)可靠性的影響。3004 DICS采用3002溫度和壓力傳感器和2001-EX核探測器和執(zhí)行器在模型中實現(xiàn)。Serh故障率被用于選定的模型組件。分析0天、1天、1個月、3個月、6個月和1年的修復(fù)率,以研究這些實施方式所產(chǎn)生的趨勢。不可修復(fù)的OTDT系統(tǒng)顯示出兩個潛在的關(guān)鍵點。與傳感器和執(zhí)行器相比,非冗余投票邏輯和整體DICS具有更高的故障率。DICS有一個非常敏感的自我檢測系統(tǒng),無法在軟件中進行建模。論文還評價了 BDMP建模軟件KB3和BDMP定量分析軟件YAMS的適用性和局限性。通過對超溫△ T保護系統(tǒng)的BDMP建模表明,使用KB3建立BDMP模型非常容易和方便。而YAMS是一種...
