智能變電站信息流定量分析與優(yōu)化控制研究

【摘要】:作為智能電網(wǎng)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),智能變電站以信息共享為根本理念,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)化傳輸作為實(shí)現(xiàn)手段,以信息流作為基本載體,既承擔(dān)著保護(hù)、計(jì)量、控制等重要業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)現(xiàn),又是構(gòu)筑全網(wǎng)統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)的基石,成為智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新的理想突破口,近年來(lái)取得了很大發(fā)展。然而,目前智能變電站分析方法和手段停留在定性的層面,具體表現(xiàn)為規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)依靠流量估算或者設(shè)計(jì)人員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷、運(yùn)行與維護(hù)依賴第三方的網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀或者實(shí)測(cè)、可靠性的保證依賴于設(shè)備無(wú)約束的冗余,缺乏科學(xué)嚴(yán)密的推導(dǎo)、分析和論證,根本原因在于信息流定量分析和優(yōu)化控制方法及手段的缺失。本文以智能變電站信息流為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)信息流的定量分析、優(yōu)化控制方法及手段問(wèn)題展開研究。 針對(duì)智能變電站信息流穩(wěn)態(tài)的定量分析方法缺乏問(wèn)題,本文首次構(gòu)建了智能變電站信息流的潮流模型和計(jì)算方法,并結(jié)合報(bào)文廣播域的劃分建立了能夠反映節(jié)點(diǎn)間邏輯連接關(guān)系的邏輯網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,然后從各信息源發(fā)包行為的不同出發(fā),建立了節(jié)點(diǎn)模型。進(jìn)一步地,給出了信息流潮流模型,并將信息流潮流計(jì)算分為穩(wěn)態(tài)流量、極限流量、特定應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景流量以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)異常流量4類,滿足了對(duì)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)不同運(yùn)行方式進(jìn)行分析的需求。最后給出了典型智能變電站信息流潮流計(jì)算的算例,并通過(guò)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀實(shí)測(cè)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對(duì),驗(yàn)證了所提模型和方法的有效性。 本文進(jìn)一步提出了基于OPNET(Optimized Network Engineering Tools)的智能變電站信息流動(dòng)態(tài)性能建模與仿真方法,分析了IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、IED(Intelligent ElectronicDevice)、交換機(jī)、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)、仿真場(chǎng)景等關(guān)鍵對(duì)象的建模要求,利用OPNET模型庫(kù)和自定義建模方法,建立智能變電站信息流動(dòng)態(tài)性能仿真平臺(tái),以典型變電站為對(duì)象,分析了排隊(duì)策略、交換路徑、流控策略等關(guān)鍵因素對(duì)信息流動(dòng)態(tài)性能的影響,為開展智能變電站信息流動(dòng)態(tài)性能分析提供了一個(gè)有效的研究工具。 針對(duì)智能變電站信息流的交換過(guò)程的不確定問(wèn)題,本文首次提出了“交換延時(shí)確定、交換路徑確定、交換流量確定”的確定性交換技術(shù)。研究了信息流的不確定交換問(wèn)題,,提出確定性交換技術(shù),研究了基于SCD(Substation Configuration Description)解析的信息流識(shí)別與標(biāo)記、基于時(shí)間戳的信息流交換延時(shí)測(cè)量、基于APPID(Application Identification)的信息流交換路徑、基于層次化調(diào)度的信息流交換流量控制四大核心技術(shù)。進(jìn)一步,與交換機(jī)廠家合作研發(fā)了具有電力系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)感知能力的智能交換機(jī),為破解智能變電站信息流的實(shí)時(shí)性可靠性問(wèn)題提供可靠的技術(shù)手段。 基于以上成果,本文首次提出了具備確定性交換、“網(wǎng)采網(wǎng)跳”、共網(wǎng)傳輸、不依賴外部時(shí)鐘同步、電力系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)感知五個(gè)主要特征的智能變電站通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方案,以某220kV典型變電站為實(shí)例,以信息流分析為基本方法,分析了優(yōu)化方案的穩(wěn)態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)性能,構(gòu)建了不依賴于外部時(shí)鐘的采樣值同步實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),驗(yàn)證本文方案的可行性和優(yōu)越性。 本文工作得到國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(51377026)、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金(S2013010012885)、廣東省科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目(2010B01090028)以及南方電網(wǎng)公司科技項(xiàng)目(K-GD2011-505)的資助,部分研究成果已經(jīng)在電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行部門的實(shí)際工作中得到應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了本文工作的正確性和有效性,取得了良好的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

[Abstract]:As the key node of the intelligent power grid, the intelligent substation is based on the information sharing as the basic idea, the information flow is taken as the basic carrier, the information flow is used as the basic carrier, the realization of important business such as protection, measurement and control is carried out, and the foundation stone of the unified data platform of the whole network is also constructed, As the ideal breakthrough of the development and innovation of the intelligent power grid, a great development has been made in recent years. however, that current method and means of the intelligent substation stay at a qualitative level, embody in that the planning and design rely on the flow estimation or the experience of the designer to judge, run and maintain a network analyzer or an actual measurement relying on a third party, The guarantee of the reliability depends on the redundancy of the equipment's unconstraint and the lack of scientific rigorous derivation, analysis and demonstration. The root cause is the lack of information flow quantitative analysis and optimization control methods and means. Based on the information flow of intelligent substation, this paper studies the quantitative analysis, optimization control method and means of information flow. In view of the lack of the problem of the quantitative analysis of the steady state of the information flow of the intelligent substation, the power flow model and the calculation method of the information flow of the intelligent substation are constructed for the first time, and the logical network model capable of reflecting the logical connection relation between the nodes is established by combining the division of the message broadcast domain. and then, the node model is established according to the different starting behaviors of the information sources, In this paper, a flow power flow model is given, and the flow of information flow is divided into steady-state flow, limit flow, specific application scene flow and network abnormal traffic class 4, and the need for analyzing the different operation modes of the communication network is satisfied. Finally, an example of the flow power flow calculation of the typical intelligent substation is given, and the comparison is made with the results measured by the network analyzer, and the validity of the proposed model and method is verified. In this paper, an intelligent substation information flow dynamic performance modeling and simulation method based on OPNET (Optimized Network Engineering Tools) is presented. The modeling requirements of key objects such as IEC61850 standard, IED (IED), switch, communication network, simulation scene and other key objects are analyzed, and the OPNET model base and user-defined building are used. In this paper, the dynamic performance simulation platform of the intelligent substation information flow is established, and the dynamic performance of the information flow is analyzed by the key factors such as the queuing strategy, the exchange path and the flow control strategy. It provides an effective research for the dynamic performance analysis of the intelligent substation information flow. In view of the uncertain problem of the exchange process of the information flow of the intelligent substation, the paper put forward the determination of the "exchange delay determination, exchange path determination, exchange flow determination" for the first time. This paper studies the problem of the exchange of information in the information flow, and proposes a deterministic switching technique. The information flow identification and marking based on the analysis of the SCD (Substation Configuration Description), the time-stamp based information flow exchange and time-delay measurement, and the information based on the APPID (Application Identification) are studied. flow exchange path, information flow exchange flow control based on hierarchical scheduling In order to solve the problem of real-time reliability of the intelligent substation information flow, the intelligent switch with power system service sensing ability is developed in cooperation with the switch manufacturer. Based on the above results, this paper first proposed the intelligent substation communication network optimization scheme with the five main characteristics of deterministic switching, "net-net", co-network transmission, independent external clock synchronization and power system service perception. Based on the analysis of the information flow as an example, the steady state and the dynamic performance of the optimization scheme are analyzed, and the sampling value synchronous experimental system independent of the external clock is constructed, and the scheme of this paper is verified.
