BCZT系無鉛壓電陶瓷摻雜改性及極化條件的研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展和工業(yè)的不斷進步,人們對環(huán)境問題越來越重視,在壓電材料領(lǐng)域更是如此。所以,用對環(huán)境不會造成污染的無鉛壓電材料取代鉛基壓電材料成了研究人員最棘手的任務(wù)之一。所以本文就以BCZT無鉛壓電陶瓷為基礎(chǔ),通過不同的方式以得到性能優(yōu)異的無鉛壓電陶瓷。由于BCZT的居里溫度較低,在90℃左右,所以首先通過調(diào)整鋯鈦的比例來提高居里溫度,本文首先通過實驗確定了兩個不同的鋯鈦比,即為7/93、5/95,之后改變不同的鈣含量來得到最優(yōu)的壓電性能。接著,在鋯鈦比5/95以及最好的鈣含量基礎(chǔ)上,研究了摻雜不同含量的Y2O3即Y2O3的含量從0%-0.06 wt%對BCZT壓電陶瓷的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響:少量的Y2O3進入晶格得到單一的鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)并且在摻雜含量為0.048 wt%時,壓電性能最優(yōu),此時壓電常數(shù):d33=420 pC/N,室溫介電常數(shù)εT33=3431,介電損耗tanδ=1.4%,居里溫度Tc=114℃。因此適當添加Y2O3能夠提高陶瓷的電學(xué)性能。以上是在鋯鈦比在5/95的基礎(chǔ)上研究,目的是在提高居里溫度的基礎(chǔ)上,使得壓電系數(shù)保持在較高的水平;接下來研究了在最優(yōu)的壓電系數(shù)配方:Zr0.1Ti0.9Ba0.85Ca0.15的基礎(chǔ)上通過摻雜和改變極化工藝來提高電學(xué)性能。以Zr0.1Ti0.9 Ba0.85Ca0.15為基礎(chǔ),通過摻雜,研究了不同含量的Sm2O3對電學(xué)性能的影響。Sm2O3的含量從0%到0.4 mol%,得到在Sm2O3為0.2 mol%時性能最好:此時壓電常數(shù):d33=554 pC/N,室溫介電常數(shù)εT33=4958,介電損耗tanδ=1.8%,居里溫度Tc=88℃,需要指出,少量的Sm2O3對BCZT陶瓷的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)影響很大而且提高了壓電性能。最后以Zr0.1Ti0.9Ba0.85Ca0.15為基礎(chǔ),在不同溫度下和不同電場下極化來研究極化對陶瓷晶體性能的影響。溫度從室溫一直到600℃的高溫,場強從660 V/mm到3000 V/mm,系統(tǒng)的研究了極化工藝對BCZT陶瓷的作用。
