PC和PET油中電熱老化過程中聚合度和介損特性分析

【摘要】:電力變壓器在發(fā)、輸、變、配電系統(tǒng)中起著至關重要的作用,它的性能、質(zhì)量直接關系到電力系統(tǒng)運行的可靠性和運營效益。尋找新型聚合物材料代替絕緣紙用于變壓器固體絕緣改善電場分布和絕緣結構,將非常有利于變壓器朝著大容量、緊湊型方向發(fā)展,有非常好的應用前景。本文選擇聚碳酸酯、聚酯薄膜兩種聚合物材料作為研究對象,并與絕緣紙對比,選擇90℃、110℃和130℃三種不同的老化溫度進行電熱老化試驗,對材料不同老化階段的聚合度,介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)進行了測試,并結合物理外觀性變和掃描電鏡測試結果進行了對比分析,為判斷這兩種材料能否成為油浸式變壓器絕緣材料提供了依據(jù)。
