【摘要】：為在配電網(wǎng)大規(guī)模失電條件下充分發(fā)揮分布式電源作用,減小停電損失,基于分布式電源孤島在線劃分的思想,提出了配電網(wǎng)故障后分布式電源孤島劃分的原則,建立了分布式電源孤島劃分的數(shù)學(xué)模型。提出了孤島劃分算法中無向圖的權(quán)值整定方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出分為2個(gè)步驟的孤島劃分方法:第1步為基于Kruskal算法的含分布式電源最優(yōu)輻射狀配電網(wǎng)的生成方法;第2步為基于改進(jìn)遺傳算法的多DG配電網(wǎng)最優(yōu)孤島劃分方法�；赑GE69節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)負(fù)荷權(quán)重設(shè)置對(duì)算法的影響進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)各種方法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,最優(yōu)輻射狀配電網(wǎng)是進(jìn)行最優(yōu)孤島劃分的基礎(chǔ),可縮小解集空間;所提方法相比啟發(fā)式算法、分支定界法和動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃法在恢復(fù)負(fù)荷數(shù)量、負(fù)荷價(jià)值方面具有優(yōu)越性,可應(yīng)用于配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行控制。
[Abstract]:In order to give full play to the role of distributed power supply and reduce the loss of power outage under the condition of large-scale power loss in distribution network, based on the idea of on-line division of distributed power islands, the principle of isolated islands division of distributed power supply after distribution network failure is put forward. The mathematical model of isolated island division of distributed power supply is established. In this paper, the weight setting method of undirected graph in isolated island partition algorithm is proposed, and a two-step islanding partition method is proposed: the first step is the generation method of optimal radiative distribution network with distributed power supply based on Kruskal algorithm; The second step is the optimal isolated island partition method for multi-DG distribution network based on improved genetic algorithm. Based on PGE69 node system, the influence of load weight setting on the algorithm is analyzed, and various methods are compared and verified. The results show that the optimal radiative distribution network is the basis of optimal islanding division, and the solution set space can be reduced. Compared with heuristic algorithm, branch and bound method and dynamic programming method have advantages in restoring load quantity and load value, and can be applied to distribution network operation control.
