110kV美蘭變電站綜合自動(dòng)化改造

【摘要】:變電站的綜合自動(dòng)化,是由各種高科技在變電站設(shè)備上的綜合應(yīng)用,其包含了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)和自動(dòng)化技術(shù)等。逐步實(shí)施110kV傳統(tǒng)變電站綜合自動(dòng)化改造,對(duì)于改進(jìn)變電運(yùn)行管理模式,提高設(shè)備自動(dòng)化水平,進(jìn)一步夯實(shí)安全生產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ),具有積極的意義。首先,本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了變電站綜合自動(dòng)化的功能及現(xiàn)狀,接著對(duì)110千伏美蘭變電站設(shè)備改造前的情況進(jìn)行了介紹,提出改造方案的設(shè)計(jì)上的原則和主體上的內(nèi)容。然后結(jié)合美蘭變電站改造的工程實(shí)際,制定了美蘭變電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)、繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)方案;從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全施工、電網(wǎng)可靠供電的角度,制定了美蘭變電站改造工程的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工方案;接著對(duì)施工方案的可行性進(jìn)行了分析說明,確定最優(yōu)施工方案,并將方案?jìng)(gè)步驟進(jìn)行細(xì)化并說明;施工中結(jié)合該變電站現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況,對(duì)改造中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,如備自投存在的盲區(qū)、機(jī)構(gòu)防跳回路等問題,并提出解決方案及實(shí)施,在工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的得到了良好效果。改造后的系統(tǒng)具有功能上的綜合化、結(jié)構(gòu)上實(shí)現(xiàn)分布分層化、通信實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、操作監(jiān)視實(shí)現(xiàn)了屏幕化、測(cè)量顯示實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化、運(yùn)行管理具備了智能化等特征,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了“四遙”功能。通過此次的改造,改善了變電站系統(tǒng)電能質(zhì)量、提高管理水平。
[Abstract]:The integrated automation of substation is the comprehensive application of all kinds of high technology in substation equipment, which includes computer technology, communication technology and automation technology. The gradual implementation of 110kV traditional substation integrated automation transformation is of positive significance for improving the operation management mode of substation, improving the level of equipment automation and further tamping the foundation of safety in production. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the function and present situation of substation integrated automation, then introduces the situation before the transformation of 110 kV Meilan substation equipment, and puts forward the design principles and main contents of the transformation scheme. Then combined with the engineering practice of Meilan substation transformation, the design scheme of Meilan substation integrated automation system and relay protection equipment is worked out. From the point of view of site safety construction and reliable power supply of power grid, the field construction scheme of Meilan substation reconstruction project is worked out. Then the feasibility of the construction scheme is analyzed and explained, the optimal construction scheme is determined, and the steps of the scheme are refined and explained. Combined with the field situation of the substation, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the transformation, such as the blind area existing in the standby self-switching, the anti-jump loop of the mechanism, and puts forward the solution and implementation, which has achieved good results in the practical application of the project. The reformed system has the characteristics of functional integration, distributed stratification in structure, networking of communication, screen of operation and monitoring, digitization of measurement and display, intelligence of operation and management, and so on. The function of "four remote" is realized. Through this transformation, the power quality of substation system is improved and the management level is improved.
