【摘要】：提出一種適用于智能變電站多功能測(cè)控裝置的電參量測(cè)量算法融合方法。分析了變電站中穩(wěn)態(tài)遙測(cè)測(cè)量、同步相量測(cè)量、電能量計(jì)算的需求,比較3種電參量測(cè)量的數(shù)據(jù)采樣、運(yùn)算處理的特點(diǎn),提煉出3種測(cè)量的共性技術(shù)。充分考慮了數(shù)字化采樣的特點(diǎn)及其帶來(lái)的數(shù)據(jù)丟點(diǎn)、通道間不同步等異常處理。通過(guò)對(duì)算法的融合與優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)了單裝置完成3種測(cè)量功能的集成。融合方法最終在智能變電站多功能測(cè)控裝置中實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:A fusion method of electrical parameter measurement algorithm for intelligent substation multifunctional measurement and control device is proposed. This paper analyzes the requirements of steady state telemetry measurement, synchronous phasor measurement and electric energy calculation in substation, compares the characteristics of data sampling and operation processing of three kinds of electrical parameter measurement, and abstracts the common techniques of three kinds of measurement. The characteristics of digital sampling and its data loss points, inter-channel synchronization and other abnormal processing are fully considered. Through the fusion and optimization of the algorithm, the integration of three kinds of measurement functions is realized by a single device. The fusion method is finally realized in the multifunctional measurement and control device of intelligent substation.
