榆林110kV變電站智能化改造中二次系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著通信技術(shù)、光電技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展,智能化變電站應(yīng)運而生。相比于傳統(tǒng)綜合自動化變電站,基于IEC61850規(guī)約的智能化變電站大大增強了站內(nèi)設(shè)備的互操作性。另外,智能斷路器和非常規(guī)互感器的使用也大大提高了變電站的智能化和數(shù)字化水平。隨著我國智能電網(wǎng)的大力建設(shè)和發(fā)展,在建設(shè)智能化變電站的同時,部分已有的綜合自動化變電站也需要進行智能化改造,以適應(yīng)建設(shè)智能電網(wǎng)的需求。 基于上述情況,本文首先分析了傳統(tǒng)綜自變電站架構(gòu)和技術(shù)上的缺點和不足,研究了智能化變電站的技術(shù)特征、架構(gòu)特征及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)支持,從而突出了智能化變電站的相對優(yōu)勢。 其次,本文對智能化改造進行了需求分析,對于變電站內(nèi)不同的設(shè)備層、不同的功能和不同的網(wǎng)絡(luò),分別研究了其智能化改造需求和方案,并為后文進一步地研究榆林110kV萬家墩變電站的具體改造方案作鋪墊。 最后,結(jié)合榆林110kV萬家墩變電站的現(xiàn)有情況,本文對該站的二次系統(tǒng)進行了分析和研究,分析和研究的內(nèi)容包括繼電保護系統(tǒng)及安全自動裝置的智能化改造、遠動通信系統(tǒng)及對時系統(tǒng)的智能化改造、電能計量系統(tǒng)及五防系統(tǒng)的智能化改造和全站直流系統(tǒng)的智能化改造。基于這些分析和研究,本文確定了二次系統(tǒng)的智能化改造最終方案。該改造方案不僅基本可以實現(xiàn)萬家墩變電站的智能化改造目標。而且,該方案滿足智能電網(wǎng)安全、可靠、經(jīng)濟等運行性能的要求,并體現(xiàn)技術(shù)的先進性、架構(gòu)的合理性、方案的創(chuàng)新性等。
[Abstract]:With the development of communication technology, optoelectronics technology, information technology, network technology and computer technology, intelligent substation emerges as the times require. Compared with the traditional integrated automation substation, the intelligent substation based on IEC61850 protocol greatly enhances the interoperability of the equipment in the station. In addition, the use of intelligent circuit breakers and unconventional transformers also greatly improves the intelligent and digital level of substations. With the construction and development of smart grid in our country, while building intelligent substation, some of the existing integrated automation substations also need to carry out intelligent transformation in order to meet the needs of smart grid construction. Based on the above situation, this paper first analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the traditional integrated substation structure and technology, and studies the technical characteristics, architecture characteristics and key technical support of the intelligent substation. Thus, the relative advantages of intelligent substations are highlighted. Secondly, this paper analyzes the requirements of intelligent transformation, and studies the requirements and schemes of intelligent transformation for different equipment layers, different functions and different networks in substations. It also paves the way for the further study of the concrete transformation scheme of Yulin 110kV Wanjiadun Substation. Finally, combined with the existing situation of Yulin 110kV Wanjiadun Substation, this paper analyzes and studies the secondary system of the station, including the intelligent transformation of relay protection system and safety automatic device. The intelligent transformation of telecontrol communication system and timing system, the intelligent transformation of electric energy metering system and five defense system, and the intelligent transformation of DC system of the whole station. Based on these analysis and research, the final scheme of intelligent transformation of secondary system is determined in this paper. The transformation scheme can not only realize the intelligent transformation goal of Wanjiadun substation. Moreover, the scheme meets the requirements of security, reliability and economy of smart grid, and embodies the advanced nature of technology, the rationality of architecture, the innovation of the scheme and so on.
