【摘要】：現(xiàn)今,電力設(shè)備防護(hù)需求越來越強(qiáng),繼電保護(hù)的狀態(tài)檢修顯得尤為重要。由于輸電線網(wǎng)的日益建設(shè)和擴(kuò)容,變電站和輸電線路的數(shù)量日益增加,繼電保護(hù)檢驗(yàn)工作量急劇增長(zhǎng)。而繼電保護(hù)檢驗(yàn)人員卻并不能相應(yīng)增加,加上許多線路停電難、停電時(shí)間短,造成繼電保護(hù)檢驗(yàn)完成率較低,既影響了保護(hù)檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量又容易發(fā)生誤碰、誤接線、誤整定等事故。因此,研究開發(fā)適合于區(qū)域特點(diǎn)的變電站繼電保護(hù)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)及評(píng)估系統(tǒng)具有一定的理論意義和很好的實(shí)用價(jià)值。本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果,通過對(duì)變電站繼電保護(hù)狀態(tài)檢修在線監(jiān)測(cè)手段的研究,設(shè)計(jì)了變電站繼電保護(hù)裝置的狀態(tài)評(píng)估模型及算法;并利用J2EE框架技術(shù)和Web前端開發(fā)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了變電站繼電保護(hù)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)及評(píng)估系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)在四川省瀘州供電局成功的運(yùn)用,系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)繼電保護(hù)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)并依據(jù)其狀態(tài)動(dòng)態(tài)制定其檢修方案提供了有力的理論指導(dǎo)和技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the protection requirements of power equipment are becoming more and more strong, and the state maintenance of relay protection is especially important. Due to the increasing construction and expansion of the transmission line network, the number of substations and transmission lines is increasing, and the workload of relay protection inspection is increasing rapidly. And the relay protection test personnel can not correspondingly increase, and the power failure of many lines is difficult, the power failure time is short, the completion rate of the relay protection inspection is low, and accidents such as false touch, false wiring, false setting and the like are not only affected. Therefore, the research and development of the substation relay protection status monitoring and evaluation system, which is suitable for the regional characteristics, has a certain theoretical significance and good practical value. Based on the domestic and foreign research results, the status evaluation model and algorithm of the relay protection device of the substation are designed by the on-line monitoring method of the relay protection status of the substation, and the J2EE framework technology and the web front-end development technology are used. The monitoring and evaluation system of relay protection status of the substation is realized. The system is successfully used in the Luzhou Power Supply Bureau of Sichuan Province. The system can detect the operation state of the relay protection in real time and provide a powerful theoretical guidance and technical support according to the state of the system.
