基于DSP控制的新型LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:LED路燈照明是一種高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、長(zhǎng)壽命的照明光源,并在最近幾年得到快速發(fā)展,逐漸成為照明市場(chǎng)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品。LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器作為L(zhǎng)ED的供電系統(tǒng),其性能是保證LED照明系統(tǒng)整體性能的關(guān)鍵,因此必須保證LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器具有高可靠性、高功率因數(shù)、長(zhǎng)壽命、低成本等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。傳統(tǒng)的LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器中都含有電解電容,而電解電容的壽命比較短,只有幾千小時(shí),這成為了制約LED路燈及其驅(qū)動(dòng)器壽命的主要原因。本文針對(duì)電解電容的使用而導(dǎo)致的LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器壽命較短這一問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于DSP控制的新型LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器,去掉了壽命較短的電解電容,實(shí)現(xiàn)了控制部分的數(shù)字化,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了理論分析和設(shè)計(jì)。該驅(qū)動(dòng)器由三級(jí)電路構(gòu)成,包含4組獨(dú)立的輸出。第一級(jí)電路使用功率因數(shù)校正電路,可以獲得較高的功率因素。由于這一級(jí)電路的輸出端沒有使用電解電容進(jìn)行濾波,其輸出電壓紋波較大,將影響整個(gè)電路的性能,因此需要后級(jí)電路進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。第二級(jí)電路采用由DSP驅(qū)動(dòng)的開環(huán)LLC諧振變換器,在降壓的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的電氣隔離。第三級(jí)電路是4組由DSP控制的雙輸入Buck電路,減小了前兩級(jí)電路帶來(lái)的紋波并獨(dú)立調(diào)整LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器的輸出電流,為4路LED路燈提供穩(wěn)定的電流。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容:(1)分析電解電容的壽命及其對(duì)電路的影響。(2)研究了功率因數(shù)校正電路及其控制方式,對(duì)功率因數(shù)校正電路進(jìn)行理論分析及參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)。(3)對(duì)開環(huán)LLC諧振變換器的工作原理進(jìn)行了研究,完成了變壓器及主要諧振網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)。(4)對(duì)雙輸入Buck電路的工作原理及效率進(jìn)行了研究與分析,建立了其工作在電感電流連續(xù)模式下的小信號(hào)模型,完成了主要參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)。(5)新型LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器采用DSP芯片TMS320F2812作為控制核心以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)LLC諧振電路和TIBUCK恒流電路的控制,給出了主程序及控制子程序的軟件設(shè)計(jì)流程圖。(6)利用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立新型LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器的仿真模型,并對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析;在理論分析及仿真的基礎(chǔ)上,搭建了一臺(tái)基于DSP控制的新型LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器的樣機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)論證。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文提出的基于DSP控制的新型LED驅(qū)動(dòng)器在去掉電解電容的情況下獲得了較高的功率因素及較好的恒流效果。因此,該驅(qū)動(dòng)器可用于大功率LED路燈。
[Abstract]:Led street lamp lighting is a kind of lighting light source with high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and long life, and has been developed rapidly in recent years, and has gradually become the leading product of lighting market. Led street lamp driver is used as the power supply system of LED. Its performance is the key to ensure the overall performance of LED lighting system, so it is necessary to ensure that LED street lamp driver has the advantages of high reliability, high power factor, long life, low cost and so on. The traditional LED street lamp drivers contain electrolytic capacitors, but the electrolytic capacitors have a short life of only a few thousand hours, which is the main reason that restricts the life of LED street lamps and their drivers. In order to solve the problem of short life of LED street lamp driver caused by the use of electrolytic capacitance, a new type of LED street lamp driver based on DSP control is proposed in this paper, which removes the electrolytic capacitance with short life and realizes the digitization of the control part. The theoretical analysis and design are carried out. The driver is composed of three-stage circuit and contains four sets of independent outputs. The first stage circuit can obtain higher power factor by using power factor correction circuit. Because the output terminal of this first stage circuit does not use electrolytic capacitor to filter, its output voltage ripples are large, which will affect the performance of the whole circuit, so it is necessary to optimize the later stage circuit. The second stage circuit adopts open-loop LLC resonant converter driven by DSP to realize the electrical isolation of the driver at the same time. The third stage circuit is four groups of dual-input Buck circuits controlled by DSP, which reduces the ripples caused by the first two circuits and adjusts the output current of LED street lamp driver independently, which provides a stable current for four LED street lamps. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the life of electrolytic capacitor and its influence on the circuit are analyzed. (2) the power factor correction circuit and its control mode are studied. The power factor correction circuit is analyzed theoretically and the parameters are designed. (3) the working principle of open-loop LLC resonant converter is studied. The design of transformer and main resonant network parameters is completed. (4) the working principle and efficiency of double-input Buck circuit are studied and analyzed, and the small signal model working in inductor current continuous mode is established. The design of the main parameters is completed. (5) the new LED street lamp driver uses DSP chip TMS320F2812 as the control core to realize the control of LLC resonant circuit and TIBUCK constant current circuit. The software design flow chart of the main program and the control subroutine is given. (6) the simulation model of the new LED street lamp driver is established by using MATLAB/SIMULINK, and the simulation results are analyzed. On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation, a prototype of a new type of LED street lamp driver based on DSP control is built for experimental demonstration. The simulation and experimental results show that the new LED driver based on DSP control has higher power factor and better constant current effect without electrolytic capacitance. Therefore, the driver can be used for high-power LED street lamps.
