智能配電網(wǎng)故障快速恢復(fù)控制策略研究
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's national economy and city, users put forward higher and higher requirements for power supply reliability of distribution network. In the concept of strong smart grid put forward by State Grid Corporation, the key link of building a strong smart grid is the direct connection between distribution network and users to ensure the reliability of distribution network, the quality of power, the improvement of operation efficiency and innovative service of distribution network. Automatic and accurate location, rapid isolation and rapid restoration of power supply after distribution network faults are the most basic and important parts in the construction of distribution automation in a strong smart grid. Under the background of intelligent distribution network, this paper studies the fault location, network reconfiguration and fault recovery strategy in the fast fault recovery problem of distribution network. Firstly, according to the fault characteristics of distribution network, this paper establishes a fast fault recovery model of distribution network with constraints, and studies the basic problems of distribution network fault recovery, network topology search and power flow analysis. Then according to the characteristics of the intelligent distribution network, this paper studies the distribution network fault location algorithm based on the improved matrix algorithm and the distribution network reconfiguration algorithm based on Agent and binary particle swarm optimization algorithm, which lays a theoretical foundation for the proposal of the fault recovery strategy. Finally, according to the fault recovery model, fault location algorithm and distribution network reconfiguration algorithm, the fast recovery strategy of 35kV power supply fault and 10kV power network fault is worked out, and the distribution network in Nanchang City is taken as a practical example. The proposed algorithm is analyzed to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
