基于IGDT的有源配電網(wǎng)魯棒恢復(fù)決策方法

【摘要】:由于分布式電源(distributed generator,DG)的接入,有源配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的不確定性顯著增大。其中,負(fù)荷需求及DG出力的不確定性對(duì)于恢復(fù)策略的制定影響顯著。為此,提出一種基于信息間隙決策理論(information gap decision theory,IGDT)的配電網(wǎng)故障下失電負(fù)荷恢復(fù)的魯棒決策模型。對(duì)于給定的不確定參數(shù)變化集,該模型給出的策略可以保證恢復(fù)結(jié)果不差于某一預(yù)設(shè)的最低可接受度。基于該模型,開發(fā)了以恢復(fù)更多失電負(fù)荷為目標(biāo)的魯棒恢復(fù)程序。最后,采用PGE 69節(jié)點(diǎn)配電網(wǎng)算例系統(tǒng)對(duì)于所提方法進(jìn)行了分析驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Due to the access of distributed power supply (distributed generator,DG), the uncertainty of active distribution network operation increases significantly. Among them, the uncertainty of load demand and DG output has a significant impact on the establishment of recovery strategy. Therefore, a robust decision-making model based on information gap decision theory (information gap decision theory,IGDT) for power loss load restoration in distribution network under fault is proposed. For a given variable set of uncertain parameters, the strategy given by the model can guarantee that the recovery result is not worse than a certain preset minimum acceptability. Based on this model, a robust recovery program is developed to recover more power loss loads. Finally, an example system of PGE 69-bus distribution network is used to analyze and verify the proposed method.
