多串并聯(lián)絕緣子交直流污閃特性

【摘要】:特高壓等級(jí)線路中為滿足機(jī)械特性的需要而應(yīng)用到多串并聯(lián)形式的絕緣子串。為此,分別在交流和直流電壓下通過(guò)人工污穢試驗(yàn)研究了多串并聯(lián)絕緣子的污閃特性,試驗(yàn)中分別采用了2聯(lián)、3聯(lián)、4聯(lián)以及6聯(lián)的結(jié)構(gòu)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,多串并聯(lián)絕緣子的污閃電壓比單串低,其原因除了絕緣子并聯(lián)串?dāng)?shù)的增加導(dǎo)致其污閃概率的升高外,還受到并聯(lián)串間放電產(chǎn)生的電離空氣的影響。并聯(lián)數(shù)4時(shí),多串并聯(lián)絕緣子的污閃電壓比單串降低約4%;并聯(lián)數(shù)≥4時(shí),污閃電壓降低超過(guò)10%。建議在實(shí)際工程中使用多串并聯(lián)的形式時(shí),將瓷絕緣子的片數(shù)在原基礎(chǔ)上增加8%,復(fù)合絕緣子的串長(zhǎng)增加5%。研究結(jié)論可為特高壓輸電線路外絕緣的設(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of mechanical characteristics, ultra-high voltage grade lines are applied to multiple series-parallel insulator strings. In this paper, the pollution flashover characteristics of multiple series and parallel insulators are studied by artificial pollution test under AC and DC voltages respectively. The structures of 2, 3, 4 and 6 pairs are used in the experiment. The experimental results show that the pollution flashover voltage of multiple series-parallel insulators is lower than that of single series. Besides the increase of the number of parallel series of insulators, the probability of pollution flashover is increased, and the ionization air produced by parallel series discharge is also affected.
