丙烷在金屬鐵表面還原NO的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在程序控溫電加熱水平陶瓷管反應(yīng)器、N2氣氛和模擬煙氣氣氛以及300~1 100℃時(shí),對丙烷在金屬鐵表面還原NO的特性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,并且與相同條件下甲烷在金屬鐵表面脫硝的效率進(jìn)行了對比。結(jié)果表明,丙烷在金屬鐵表面能夠高效地還原NO。N2氣氛中在500~900℃,丙烷在金屬鐵表面的脫硝效率高于相同含量的甲烷脫硝效率,900℃以上丙烷在金屬鐵表面的脫硝效率超過95%,并且與甲烷的脫硝效率差別很小。模擬煙氣條件下,當(dāng)過量空氣系數(shù)SR1小于1.0時(shí),溫度超過900℃后丙烷在金屬鐵表面還原NO的效率能夠達(dá)到90%以上,且有、無燃盡的情況下,NO的還原率相差不大。在相同的條件下,丙烷在金屬鐵表面的脫硝效率高于相同條件下甲烷的脫硝效率。SO2對丙烷在金屬鐵表面還原NO的效率影響很小,可以忽略。
