含分布式電源的配電網(wǎng)停電風(fēng)險快速評估

【摘要】:大量分布式電源(distributed generation,DG)接入配電網(wǎng)導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)元件數(shù)量的增加和系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)數(shù)目的增大,為停電風(fēng)險評估在含DG配電網(wǎng)中的實施帶來困難。為此,提出一種基于設(shè)備隨機故障的含DG配電網(wǎng)停電風(fēng)險快速評估方法。為加快評估速度,在系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)抽樣環(huán)節(jié)引入拉丁超立方抽樣技術(shù)(Latin hypercube sampling,LHS),通過對配電網(wǎng)各系統(tǒng)變量實施分區(qū)、抽樣、排序的方式得到用于停電風(fēng)險評估的系統(tǒng)狀態(tài);通過定義負(fù)荷點的貢獻(xiàn)度與消耗度2個孤島劃分參量,削弱了孤島劃分算法中負(fù)荷點接線結(jié)構(gòu)對算法快速性的影響,進(jìn)而提出了能同時滿足快速性和精確性要求的孤島劃分方法。從充裕性角度建立了配電網(wǎng)停電風(fēng)險的指標(biāo)體系,并制定了相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。算例結(jié)果表明,提出的快速評估方法能反映含DG配電網(wǎng)的停電風(fēng)險程度,可為電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃及運行人員提供參考。
[Abstract]:A large number of distributed generation (distributed generation,DG) access to the distribution network leads to an increase in the number of system components and the number of system states, which makes it difficult to implement blackout risk assessment in distribution networks with DG. For this reason, a fast assessment method of power outage risk including DG distribution network based on random fault of equipment is proposed. In order to speed up the evaluation, the Latin hypercube sampling (Latin hypercube sampling,LHS) is introduced in the system state sampling, and the system state for the blackout risk assessment is obtained by dividing, sampling and sorting the system variables in the distribution network. By defining two islanding parameters, the contribution and consumption of load points, the influence of load point connection structure on the algorithm's rapidity is weakened. Furthermore, an island partition method is proposed, which can satisfy both the requirement of rapidity and accuracy. The index system of distribution network blackout risk is established from the point of view of adequacy, and the corresponding risk evaluation standard is established. The results show that the proposed method can reflect the blackout risk of DG distribution network and can be used as a reference for power network planning and operation.
