重質(zhì)化學(xué)二氧化錳制備尖晶石錳酸鋰

【摘要】:采用重質(zhì)化學(xué)二氧化錳制備尖晶石LiMn2O4。采用X射線衍射、掃描電鏡、恒電流充放電等技術(shù)對合成產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行物相、形貌和電化學(xué)分析。結(jié)果表明:采用重質(zhì)化學(xué)二氧化錳與電解二氧化錳制備的LiMn2O4粉末具有相似的X射線衍射結(jié)果。采用重質(zhì)化學(xué)二氧化錳制備的LiMn2O4在0.2C、0.5C、1C、2C及3C放電倍率下放電比容量分別為108.5、104.7、97.3、86.5mA·h/g和70.7mA·h/g,以電解二氧化錳為原料制備的LiMn2O4放電比容量則分別為106.1、103.4、99.1、89.2mA·h/g和75.5mA·h/g。兩種原料制備的LiMn2O4在不同倍率下的比容量和充放電循環(huán)性能差別不大,采用重質(zhì)化學(xué)二氧化錳制備的錳酸鋰電化學(xué)性質(zhì)可以達(dá)到或超過采用電解二氧化錳制備的錳酸鋰。
[Abstract]:Preparation of spinel LiMn2O4. by heavy Chemical Manganese dioxide The phase, morphology and electrochemical analysis of the synthesized products were carried out by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and constant current charge and discharge techniques. The results show that the LiMn2O4 powder prepared by heavy chemical manganese dioxide and electrolytic manganese dioxide has similar X-ray diffraction results. The specific discharge capacity of LiMn2O4 prepared by heavy chemical manganese dioxide at the discharge rate of 0.2Cn0.5Cn1C2C and 3C is 108.5104.7U 97.3 渭 m / g and 86.5mA / g, respectively, and the specific discharge capacity of LiMn2O4 is 86.5mA / g and 70.7mA / g, respectively. The specific discharge capacity of LiMn2O4 prepared from electrolytic manganese dioxide was 106.1103.4 渭 m / g and 89.2mA / g, respectively. The specific capacity and charge-discharge cycle performance of LiMn2O4 prepared by the two kinds of raw materials are not different at different rates. The electrochemical properties of lithium manganese oxide prepared by heavy chemical manganese dioxide can reach or exceed those prepared by electrolytic manganese dioxide.
