基于智能電網(wǎng)的負荷管理系統(tǒng)分析與評價研究

【摘要】:在21世紀,社會的進步、經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展以及技術(shù)的升級,對供電服務(wù)質(zhì)量和電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展提出了更高要求。隨著環(huán)境的不斷惡化和能源危機的出現(xiàn),智能電網(wǎng)的概念應(yīng)運而生,并在近些年成為全球電力行業(yè)研究和探討的熱點話題�!爸悄芑印弊鳛橹悄茈娋W(wǎng)的建設(shè)目標和主要特點,包括信息和能源的相互作用,以鼓勵用戶來改變使用的傳統(tǒng)的用電方法,積極參與電網(wǎng)運行,根據(jù)實時電價調(diào)整功率模式,可實現(xiàn)分布式電源的“即插即用”電網(wǎng)連接的操作模式。隨著智能電網(wǎng)的提出,電力需求側(cè)管理被賦予了一些新的內(nèi)涵,需求側(cè)管理是智能電網(wǎng)不可或缺的部分,大力開展需求側(cè)管理技術(shù),是決定智能電網(wǎng)是否可以成功實施的關(guān)鍵根本因素。作為需求側(cè)管理重要技術(shù)手段和需求響應(yīng)重要支持手段的電力負荷管理系統(tǒng),它可以有效地實現(xiàn)對電力負荷的實時監(jiān)測,能夠使電負荷特性曲線得到改善,縮小用電高峰與低峰的谷差,實現(xiàn)電力負荷優(yōu)化分配,降低損失,并最終提高發(fā)電、供電、用電電器設(shè)備的利用率,對經(jīng)濟效益的提高和節(jié)約型國家的實施具有很重要的意義。本文以智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)為背景,從分析國內(nèi)外電力負荷管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),得出了電力負荷管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的必然性;闡述了電力負荷管理系統(tǒng)與智能電網(wǎng)的相關(guān)理論知識;從可行性分析、架構(gòu)對比分析、效益分析等三個層面對電力負荷管理系統(tǒng)進行系統(tǒng)分析;利用層次分析法構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)評價指標體系,在此基礎(chǔ)上對電力負荷管理系統(tǒng)和電力負荷控制系統(tǒng)進行了評價,得出了電力負荷管理系統(tǒng)在智能電網(wǎng)取向上要優(yōu)于負荷控制系統(tǒng)的結(jié)論;結(jié)合唐山地區(qū)負荷管理系統(tǒng)的實際應(yīng)用情況,以層次模型分析法得出的評價準則為依據(jù),從系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟效益和管理戰(zhàn)略兩方面對電力負荷管理系統(tǒng)進行改進分析。 電力負荷管理系統(tǒng)符合智能電網(wǎng)環(huán)境中智能用電的基本要求,是實施計劃用電的必要措施,也是實施節(jié)約用電以及安全用電的技術(shù)手段,更是電力營銷和客戶服務(wù)工作的重要組成部分,具有顯著的經(jīng)濟和社會效益,隨著我國改革開放的深入和電力事業(yè)的發(fā)展,它將在智能電網(wǎng)進程中起到越來越重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the progress of society, the development of economy and the upgrading of technology have put forward higher requirements for the quality of power supply service and the development of electric power network. With the deterioration of environment and the emergence of energy crisis, the concept of smart grid has emerged as the times require, and has become a hot topic in the global power industry in recent years. "Smart interaction" is the goal and main feature of smart grid construction, including the interaction of information and energy, to encourage users to change the traditional methods of using electricity, to participate actively in the operation of power grid, and to adjust the power mode according to the real time electricity price. Can realize the distributed power "plug and play" power network connection operation mode. With the development of smart grid, demand-side management has been given some new connotations. Demand-side management is an indispensable part of smart grid. It is the key factor that decides whether the smart grid can be successfully implemented. As an important technical means of demand-side management and an important support means of demand response, the power load management system can effectively realize the real-time monitoring of power load and improve the characteristic curve of electric load. It is of great significance to reduce the valley difference between peak and low peak power consumption, to realize the optimal distribution of power load, to reduce the loss, and to improve the utilization ratio of power generation, power supply and electrical equipment, which is of great significance to the improvement of economic efficiency and the implementation of energy-saving countries. In this paper, based on the background of smart grid construction, the necessity of power load management system construction is obtained by analyzing the current research situation of power load management system at home and abroad, and the relevant theoretical knowledge of power load management system and smart grid is expounded. System analysis of power load management system is carried out from three aspects: feasibility analysis, frame contrast analysis and benefit analysis. The system evaluation index system is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the power load management system and the electric load control system are evaluated. It is concluded that the power load management system is superior to the load control system in smart grid orientation. Combined with the practical application of the load management system in Tangshan area, based on the evaluation criteria obtained from the analytic hierarchy process, the improvement analysis of the power load management system is carried out from the two aspects of the system economic benefit and the management strategy. The power load management system conforms to the basic requirements of intelligent power consumption in the environment of smart grid, is the necessary measure to implement the planned electricity consumption, and is also the technical means to save electricity and to use electricity safely. It is also an important part of electric power marketing and customer service, which has remarkable economic and social benefits. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the development of power industry, it will play an increasingly important role in the process of smart grid.
