電力施工項(xiàng)目管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)化研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:通過研究分析國(guó)內(nèi)外電力施工項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合電力施工企業(yè)提升管理水平的實(shí)際需要,研發(fā)了基于信息技術(shù)的電力施工項(xiàng)目管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)化系統(tǒng)。此系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)具有一定規(guī)模的電力建設(shè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行施工項(xiàng)目管理,為實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理提供了全信息化管理平臺(tái)。首先,在分析傳統(tǒng)電力施工管理模式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于高速信息通信技術(shù)、多媒體交互技術(shù)、云技術(shù)等多種數(shù)字技術(shù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理發(fā)展方向。并進(jìn)一步對(duì)電力施工項(xiàng)目管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)化進(jìn)行了前瞻性研究,提出了施工項(xiàng)目管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理可分為三個(gè)階段,分別是交互信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、遠(yuǎn)程管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化。然后,以電力施工項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理理論為基礎(chǔ),采用ASP.NET技術(shù)構(gòu)建B/S架構(gòu),研究開發(fā)了基于交互信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的“滄海”項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以流程梳理為基礎(chǔ),明確了以“項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理人”和“項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人”為兩大管理核心;采用模塊化開發(fā)方式,開發(fā)了審批管理、合同管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、物資管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量進(jìn)度管理、項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效量化、項(xiàng)目資料管理、客戶報(bào)裝接洽管理與統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表模塊等九大功能服務(wù)模塊。該系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化了公司施工管理流程,以流程跟蹤為手段,通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目“人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)”的全方位管控,項(xiàng)目信息的全面存儲(chǔ)、處理,為輔助企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、決策分析提供了信息支撐與技術(shù)保障,并且為兄弟單位提供了有益的借鑒。進(jìn)而,對(duì)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用取得的效益進(jìn)行了分析!皽婧!表(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行6個(gè)月,全面應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)有的136個(gè)客戶工程中。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用前后,單個(gè)工程平均工期由18天降低至14天,工程資料完好率由88%提高到100%,管理人員效率提高25%,施工成本可控率、一次驗(yàn)收合格率均實(shí)現(xiàn)了100%,已經(jīng)為公司產(chǎn)生直接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益208.52萬元。最后,探討了電力施工遠(yuǎn)程管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)化模式的實(shí)施方式,明確了“滄!表(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Through studying and analyzing the current situation of electric power construction project management at home and abroad and combining with the actual need of improving the management level of electric power construction enterprises, a network system of electric power construction project management based on information technology is developed. This system can carry on the construction project management to the electric power construction enterprise which has a certain scale, and provides the full information management platform for the project network management. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the traditional electric power construction management mode, the development direction of network management based on high-speed information and communication technology, multimedia interactive technology, cloud technology and so on is put forward. Furthermore, the network management of electric power construction project is studied prospectively, and it is put forward that the network management of construction project can be divided into three stages: interactive information network, remote management network and data storage network. Then, based on the network management theory of electric power construction project, the B / S structure is constructed by using ASP.NET technology, and a project management system based on interactive information network is developed. The system is based on process combing, with "Project Manager" and "Project Manager" as the two management cores. In the way of modular development, the management of examination and approval, contract management, financial management, material management, project quality schedule management, project management performance quantification, project data management, etc. Customer report contact management and statistical report module and other nine functional service modules. The system optimizes the construction management flow of the company, by means of process tracking, through the omni-directional control of the project "person, machine, material, law, ring", the overall storage and processing of the project information, to assist the enterprise management, Decision-making analysis provides information support and technical support, and provides useful reference for brother units. Then, the benefit of system application is analyzed. Canghai project management system has been in operation for 6 months and has been fully applied to 136 client projects. Before and after the application of the system, the average time limit for a single project was reduced from 18 days to 14 days, the completion rate of engineering data was increased from 88% to 100%, the efficiency of management personnel was increased by 25%, the construction cost was controlled, and the acceptance rate was 100%. Has produced direct economic benefits for the company 2.0852 million yuan. Finally, the paper discusses the implementation mode of electric power construction remote management network mode, and clarifies the further development direction of "Canghai" project management system.
