單相串激電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)及其換向性能分析

【摘要】:單相串激電機(jī)具有使用方便,轉(zhuǎn)速高,重量輕,體積小以及啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩大,過(guò)載能力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),廣泛被應(yīng)用于日常生活中,尤其是在家用電器、電動(dòng)工具中,其中很多都是用單相串激電機(jī)。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一款應(yīng)用在家庭食物攪拌機(jī)中的單相串激電機(jī),并且建立了電機(jī)的二維有限元模型,同時(shí)對(duì)電機(jī)的運(yùn)行性能特別是換向性能加以仿真研究。分析單相串激電機(jī)的基本特性和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)以及工作原理,根據(jù)單相串激電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)及要求,確定其主要尺寸、電磁負(fù)荷,并進(jìn)行電機(jī)的各項(xiàng)電磁參數(shù)的選擇,還對(duì)電機(jī)的電刷進(jìn)行了選擇,并且列出了電機(jī)的電磁設(shè)計(jì)程序,完成了電機(jī)的初步設(shè)計(jì)。建立單相串激電機(jī)的二維有限元模型,對(duì)單相串激電機(jī)進(jìn)行性能分析,研究其機(jī)械特性、穩(wěn)態(tài)磁場(chǎng)以及空載、負(fù)載特性,得出了一系列仿真結(jié)果,并且結(jié)合電機(jī)理論加以分析,證明了此次設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。對(duì)單相串激電機(jī)的換向過(guò)程和換向機(jī)理加以分析,并研究影響單相串激電機(jī)換向性能的因素以及如何改善單相串激電機(jī)的換向情況,把求出的單相串激電機(jī)電刷偏移角代入電機(jī)模型中,仿真出電刷移動(dòng)與否時(shí)電機(jī)換向線圈中的電流情況,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)電刷位置來(lái)改善電機(jī)換向情況的有效性,同時(shí)還研究了電機(jī)在不同電刷偏移角下的運(yùn)行性能,為以后對(duì)單相串激電機(jī)的研究提供了一些有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:Single phase series motor is widely used in daily life, especially in household appliances and electric tools, because of its advantages such as convenient use, high speed, light weight, small size, large starting torque, strong overload ability, etc. Many of them use single-phase series motors. In this paper, a single-phase series motor used in the household food mixer is designed, and the 2-D finite element model of the motor is established. At the same time, the performance of the motor, especially the commutation performance, is simulated. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics, structural characteristics and working principle of single-phase series-excited motor, determines its main size, electromagnetic load and the selection of various electromagnetic parameters according to the design characteristics and requirements of single-phase series-driven motor. The brush of the motor is also selected, and the electromagnetic design program of the motor is listed, and the preliminary design of the motor is completed. A two-dimensional finite element model of single-phase serial-excited motor is established. The performance of single-phase series-induced motor is analyzed. The mechanical characteristics, steady field, no-load and load characteristics are studied. A series of simulation results are obtained and analyzed by combining the motor theory. The feasibility of the design is proved. The commutation process and commutation mechanism of single-phase series-driven motor are analyzed, and the factors that affect the commutative performance of single-phase series-induced motor and how to improve the commutative condition of single-phase series-induced motor are studied. The offset angle of the single-phase series motor brush is substituted into the motor model, and the current situation in the commutation coil of the motor when the brush is moving or not is simulated. The effectiveness of the motor commutation is verified by adjusting the position of the brush, and the performance of the motor under different brush offset angles is also studied, which provides some valuable reference for the research of single-phase series motor in the future.
