【摘要】：編碼器的使用降低了永磁同步電機(jī)矢量控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性和耐用性,且某些場合無法安裝編碼器。理論上可以通過永磁同步電機(jī)的電壓和電流實時計算出電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)子位置角度。該文提出了一種基于雙滑模模型參考自適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)(model reference adaptive system,MRAS)的永磁同步電機(jī)無位置傳感器控制策略。其中,參考模型為永磁電機(jī)本身,可調(diào)模型為永磁電機(jī)電流模型。利用兩模型輸出的偏差構(gòu)造了2個滑模面,將通過滑模算法獲得的等效控制進(jìn)行運算即可獲得電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)子位置角度,并分別用于矢量控制系統(tǒng)的速度調(diào)節(jié)和坐標(biāo)變換。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了仿真研究,仿真結(jié)果表明所提出的觀測方法是有效的。
[Abstract]:The use of encoder reduces the reliability and durability of PMSM vector control system, and encoder can not be installed in some situations. In theory, the speed and rotor position angle of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be calculated in real time by the voltage and current of permanent magnet synchronous motor. In this paper, a position sensorless control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on double sliding mode model reference adaptive system (model reference adaptive system,MRAS) is proposed. The reference model is the permanent magnet motor itself and the adjustable model is the current model of the permanent magnet motor. Two sliding mode surfaces are constructed by using the deviation of the two models. The speed and rotor position angle of the motor can be obtained by calculating the equivalent control obtained by the sliding mode algorithm, and used in the speed regulation and coordinate transformation of the vector control system respectively. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
