基于變頻信號(hào)法的一種對(duì)地電容電流檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)有的基于變頻信號(hào)法的對(duì)地電容電流檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)多采用PWM逆變的方式作為掃頻信號(hào)源,在應(yīng)用中受到較多制約。對(duì)對(duì)地電容電流檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì),檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)量單元采用雙單片機(jī)模式,信號(hào)源部分使用單片機(jī)控制DAC芯片作為數(shù)控信號(hào)源,經(jīng)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證在該應(yīng)用中其性能優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的PWM逆變方式掃頻信號(hào)源。相位測(cè)量部分由C8051F20片上系統(tǒng)兼顧相位檢測(cè)與通信功能,上位機(jī)軟件基于C/S構(gòu)架搭建。該檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)測(cè)量一次電容電流的時(shí)間不超過(guò)10 s,經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了樣機(jī)的測(cè)量誤差在±2%以內(nèi),可直接應(yīng)用于中壓配電網(wǎng)的預(yù)調(diào)式消弧線圈,進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì)后可應(yīng)用于隨調(diào)試消弧線圈。
[Abstract]:The current earth capacitive current detection system based on frequency conversion signal method mostly uses PWM inverter as sweep signal source, which is restricted in application. The earth capacitance current detection system is redesigned. The measuring unit of the detection system adopts double single chip microcomputer mode, and the signal source part uses DAC chip controlled by single chip computer as the numerical control signal source. The simulation results show that the performance of this method is better than that of the traditional PWM inverter signal source. The phase measurement part is composed of the system on C8051F20 chip and the communication function. The PC software is based on the C / S architecture. The measuring system can measure the primary capacitance current for less than 10 s. The measurement error of the prototype is less than 鹵2%, which can be directly applied to the pre-adjusted arc-suppression coil of the medium voltage distribution network. The further design can be applied to the arc suppression coil with debugging.
