基于MSP430單片機的制動單元設計

【摘要】:在變頻調速系統(tǒng)中,為了確保當電機快速制動時,直流母線電壓保持在安全范圍內,需使用制動單元。制動單元實時監(jiān)測母線電壓,通過斬波控制,將母線上的再生電能以熱的形式耗散到制動電阻上。以MSP430單片機為控制核心,設計了制動單元的信號檢測、功率器件驅動、故障保護電路,在軟件設計中加入制動電阻過載保護算法,以便合理利用制動電阻的制動能力。用此方法設計的制動單元工作穩(wěn)定、可靠,并已應用到工業(yè)現(xiàn)場。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure that the DC bus voltage is kept in a safe range when the motor is fast braking, the braking unit is needed in the frequency conversion system. The brake unit monitors the bus voltage in real time and dissipates the regenerated electric energy on the bus to the brake resistor in the form of heat through chopping control. With MSP430 single chip microcomputer as the control core, the signal detection, power device drive and fault protection circuit of the braking unit are designed, and the algorithm of overload protection of brake resistance is added in the software design in order to utilize the braking ability of brake resistance reasonably. The brake unit designed by this method works stably and reliably, and has been applied to industrial field.
