【摘要】：在變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)中,為了確保當(dāng)電機(jī)快速制動(dòng)時(shí),直流母線電壓保持在安全范圍內(nèi),需使用制動(dòng)單元。制動(dòng)單元實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)母線電壓,通過(guò)斬波控制,將母線上的再生電能以熱的形式耗散到制動(dòng)電阻上。以MSP430單片機(jī)為控制核心,設(shè)計(jì)了制動(dòng)單元的信號(hào)檢測(cè)、功率器件驅(qū)動(dòng)、故障保護(hù)電路,在軟件設(shè)計(jì)中加入制動(dòng)電阻過(guò)載保護(hù)算法,以便合理利用制動(dòng)電阻的制動(dòng)能力。用此方法設(shè)計(jì)的制動(dòng)單元工作穩(wěn)定、可靠,并已應(yīng)用到工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure that the DC bus voltage is kept in a safe range when the motor is fast braking, the braking unit is needed in the frequency conversion system. The brake unit monitors the bus voltage in real time and dissipates the regenerated electric energy on the bus to the brake resistor in the form of heat through chopping control. With MSP430 single chip microcomputer as the control core, the signal detection, power device drive and fault protection circuit of the braking unit are designed, and the algorithm of overload protection of brake resistance is added in the software design in order to utilize the braking ability of brake resistance reasonably. The brake unit designed by this method works stably and reliably, and has been applied to industrial field.
