【摘要】：針對傳統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)整定計(jì)算管理模式存在的問題和不足,研究開發(fā)了一套適用于省、地、縣三級調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的繼電保護(hù)整定計(jì)算全過程管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用面向服務(wù)的架構(gòu)(SOA),在統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)上無縫集成了繼電保護(hù)整定計(jì)算相關(guān)的所有功能模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了保護(hù)圖紙、設(shè)備參數(shù)等整定計(jì)算基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的遠(yuǎn)程填報(bào)、參數(shù)計(jì)算建模、整定計(jì)算及保護(hù)定值通知單的自動(dòng)生成、流轉(zhuǎn)審批和執(zhí)行等全部業(yè)務(wù)流程的閉環(huán)管理。目前,該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用于云南電網(wǎng)省、地、縣三級調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的繼電保護(hù)整定計(jì)算管理工作中,取得了很好的效果。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems and shortcomings of traditional relay protection setting calculation management mode, a whole process management system of relay protection setting calculation is developed, which is suitable for provincial, prefectural and county three level dispatching systems. The system uses (SOA), a service-oriented architecture, to seamlessly integrate all the functional modules related to the setting calculation of relay protection on the unified data platform. The system realizes remote reporting of the basic data of setting calculation such as protection drawings, equipment parameters, etc. Parameter calculation modeling, setting calculation and protection of fixed value notice automatic generation, flow approval and execution of all business processes closed loop management. At present, the system has been successfully applied to the relay protection setting calculation and management of the provincial, prefectural and county dispatching systems in Yunnan Power Grid, and has achieved good results.
