基于可控調(diào)節(jié)的半導(dǎo)體調(diào)光照明研究與仿真

【摘要】:半導(dǎo)體照明是公認(rèn)最為有效的照明設(shè)備。當(dāng)前的以半導(dǎo)體為基礎(chǔ)的照明設(shè)備主要根據(jù)反激式變換器理論,采用以設(shè)定區(qū)間為主的半導(dǎo)體調(diào)光方式,通過調(diào)節(jié)半導(dǎo)體LED的正向工作電流控制發(fā)出的光能,調(diào)光范圍雖然能達到標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但是控制過程不靈活、效率低下,電流發(fā)生波動時,容易引起半導(dǎo)體發(fā)光光譜偏移,產(chǎn)生過多的熱量,影響LED設(shè)備。提出一種可調(diào)節(jié)的半導(dǎo)體發(fā)光控制方法,通過分析反激式變換器電路的工作原理,定時調(diào)整電路信號占空比,對電路的最大輸出電流值進行有節(jié)奏的調(diào)節(jié),實現(xiàn)非必要限流節(jié)能;根據(jù)輸出與實際結(jié)果的反饋,對信號的占空比進行校對,實現(xiàn)精確電流輸出,達到半導(dǎo)體調(diào)光節(jié)能效果。經(jīng)仿真數(shù)據(jù)檢驗,該方法可以較好地調(diào)節(jié)半導(dǎo)體發(fā)光中的光強度信息,起到了較好的節(jié)能效果。
[Abstract]:Semiconductor lighting is recognized as the most effective lighting equipment. The current lighting devices based on semiconductors are mainly based on the flyback converter theory, adopt the semiconductor dimming mode which is mainly set interval, and control the light energy emitted by adjusting the forward working current of semiconductor LED. Although the dimming range can reach the standard, the control process is inflexible and the efficiency is low. When the current fluctuates, it is easy to cause the semiconductor luminescence spectrum deviation and produce too much heat, which will affect the LED equipment. An adjustable semiconductor luminescence control method is proposed. By analyzing the working principle of the flyback converter circuit and adjusting the signal duty cycle of the circuit, the maximum output current value of the circuit can be adjusted rhythmically. Realizing non-essential current limiting and energy saving; According to the feedback between the output and the actual results, the duty cycle of the signal is calibrated to realize the accurate output of the current, and the effect of dimming energy saving of the semiconductor is achieved. The simulation data show that the method can adjust the light intensity information in semiconductor luminescence and has a good energy saving effect.
