計及風(fēng)電功率波動影響的風(fēng)電場集群無功電壓協(xié)調(diào)控制策略

【摘要】:針對大規(guī)模風(fēng)電場集群區(qū)域有功出力隨機波動、無功設(shè)備種類繁雜等典型特征引起的無功電壓問題,提出一種計及風(fēng)電功率波動影響的風(fēng)電場集群無功電壓協(xié)調(diào)控制策略。該策略根據(jù)風(fēng)電功率預(yù)測信息、當(dāng)前運行信息和歷史斷面信息建立多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化控制模型,并采用基于過濾集合的內(nèi)點算法求解。通過利用匯集站和風(fēng)電場的自動電壓控制子站實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)控制,該控制策略能夠?qū)簠^(qū)域內(nèi)離散設(shè)備和動態(tài)設(shè)備的動作響應(yīng)實行差異化管理。對中國"三北"地區(qū)某實際風(fēng)電場集群地區(qū)進行仿真計算,結(jié)果表明,所提控制策略能夠改善中樞節(jié)點的電壓控制效果,協(xié)調(diào)離散設(shè)備和動態(tài)設(shè)備的運行配合,維持集群區(qū)域的靜態(tài)電壓穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of reactive voltage caused by random fluctuation of active power in large scale wind farm cluster and complicated reactive power equipment, a coordinated control strategy of reactive power and voltage in wind farm cluster considering the influence of wind power fluctuation is proposed. Based on wind power prediction information, current operation information and historical section information, the multi-objective optimal control model is established and solved by internal point algorithm based on filter set. By using the automatic voltage control sub-station of the gathering station and wind farm to realize the closed-loop control, the control strategy can manage the action response of discrete and dynamic equipment in the cluster area differently. The simulation results of a practical wind farm cluster area in Sanbei area of China show that the proposed control strategy can improve the voltage control effect of the central node and coordinate the operation of discrete equipment and dynamic equipment. Maintain static voltage stability in cluster area.
