【摘要】：某電廠600MW機(jī)組存在臨界轉(zhuǎn)速下高中壓轉(zhuǎn)子相對軸振過大、工作轉(zhuǎn)速下高中壓轉(zhuǎn)子相對軸振偏高問題以及高中壓缸脹差變化問題。通過分析實(shí)測振動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù),診斷高中壓轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速及工作轉(zhuǎn)速下相對軸振偏大原因?yàn)檗D(zhuǎn)子存在嚴(yán)重的一階質(zhì)量不平衡,采用現(xiàn)場高速動(dòng)平衡技術(shù),使機(jī)組振動(dòng)達(dá)到優(yōu)良水平。此外,診斷高中壓缸脹差變化的原因是傳感器失效所致,現(xiàn)場檢查驗(yàn)證了故障診斷的正確性。
[Abstract]:In a power plant 600MW unit, the relative axial vibration of high pressure rotor is too large at critical speed, the relative axial vibration of high pressure rotor is higher at working speed, and the variation of expansion difference of high pressure cylinder is also a problem. By analyzing the measured vibration data, it is diagnosed that the serious first order mass imbalance exists in the rotor under the critical speed and the working speed of the high pressure rotor. The high speed dynamic balancing technique is adopted in the field to make the vibration of the unit reach the excellent level. In addition, the reason for diagnosing the differential expansion of high and middle pressure cylinder is the failure of the sensor, and the fault diagnosis is verified by field inspection.
