BSNBT系微波陶瓷性能研究

【摘要】:通過XRD、SEM等技術(shù)對Ba4[Sm1-x(Nd0.8Bi0.2)x]28/3Ti18O54(BSNBT,x=0.15~0.9)系陶瓷的結(jié)構(gòu)組成、顯微形貌、燒結(jié)溫度及介電性能進(jìn)行綜合表征和研究。當(dāng)x=0.45時(shí),在1 320℃燒結(jié)獲得了高介電常數(shù)、高品質(zhì)因數(shù)及近似零諧振頻率溫度系數(shù)的最優(yōu)微波性能:εr=90.22,Q×f=7 192GHz,τf=-1.39μ℃-1。隨著x增大,即Ba(Nd,Bi)2Ti4O12(BNBT)相增加,陶瓷燒結(jié)溫度從1 450℃降低到1 300℃,燒結(jié)特性也隨之改善并得到實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
