弱受端小電網(wǎng)安控切負荷措施與低頻減載措施的配合方案

【摘要】:基于電網(wǎng)低頻緊急狀態(tài)下系統(tǒng)頻率變化特性的一般規(guī)律,詳細分析了功率缺額擾動下的弱受端小電網(wǎng)暫態(tài)頻率變化特點及其影響因素,如功率缺額、網(wǎng)內(nèi)開機臺數(shù)、負荷類型、故障地點及類型、切荷率、切負荷時間、電容器投切情況等,并給出了定性的理論公式推導(dǎo);谏鲜鋈跏芏诵‰娋W(wǎng)頻率變化特性的影響因素分析,針對小電網(wǎng)功率缺額擾動后存在的頻率首擺下潛深度過大、持續(xù)時間較長的特點,提出了弱受端小電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定控制裝置切負荷(簡稱安控切負荷)措施與低頻減載措施的配合原則和具體配合方案:切負荷時間和切荷率的配合、裝置動作出口配合。以西北某實際弱受端小電網(wǎng)為例,進行了仿真分析。仿真結(jié)果驗證了所提配合原則的合理性和2種配合方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:Based on the general characteristics of system frequency change under low frequency emergency, the transient frequency variation characteristics and its influencing factors of weak receiver small power grid under power vacancy disturbance are analyzed in detail, such as power vacancy, power station number, load type. The fault location and type, load cutting rate, load shedding time, capacitor switching and so on are given, and the qualitative theoretical formula is derived. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the frequency variation characteristics of the small power grid with the weak receiving end mentioned above, aiming at the characteristics of excessive depth and longer duration of the frequency headswing after the disturbance of the power gap in the small power grid, This paper presents the coordination principle and concrete scheme between the safety and stability control device and the low frequency load reduction measures of the small power grid with weak receiver: the coordination of load cutting time and load shedding rate, the cooperation of device operation outlet and the coordination of load shedding time and load shedding rate. Taking an actual weak receiver small power grid in Northwest China as an example, the simulation analysis is carried out. The simulation results verify the rationality of the proposed coordination principle and the feasibility of the two schemes.
