西部無電地區(qū)光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:太陽能光伏發(fā)電作為一種可持續(xù)的、清潔高效的能源發(fā)電技術(shù),近年來得到廣泛應(yīng)用。光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的裝機(jī)容量逐年遞增,其發(fā)電量占各類能源發(fā)電總量的比例亦呈上升趨勢。在能源危機(jī)迫在眉睫,環(huán)境保護(hù)又備受關(guān)注的今天,各國把目光聚焦到這種可再生能源發(fā)電的開發(fā)利用上,并開始籌劃光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)開發(fā)應(yīng)用的長遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃,因此太陽能光伏發(fā)電成為當(dāng)今重要的研究課題。 我國光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,其最廣泛的應(yīng)用是解決西部無電區(qū)居民基本生活用電的問題。由于西部無電區(qū)地理位置的特殊性,傳統(tǒng)電網(wǎng)技術(shù)難以覆蓋,然而這些地區(qū)的光照資源非常充足,光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)有廣闊的應(yīng)用空間。 本文從光伏發(fā)電原理入手,結(jié)合光伏發(fā)電在無電區(qū)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,提出以戶用光伏發(fā)電和獨(dú)立電站為代表的光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)兩種方案,因地制宜的為無電區(qū)居民提供用電保障。通過分析青海省果洛藏族自治州久治、達(dá)日和班瑪三縣的無電區(qū)居民光伏發(fā)電的項(xiàng)目,并進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察,進(jìn)一步對光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的規(guī)模進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計,,并對設(shè)備進(jìn)行選型。 本文重點(diǎn)是針對光電站建設(shè)時遇到的光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)控制室的選址問題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過建立控制室選址模型,采用懲罰函數(shù)法對其約束條件進(jìn)行處理,再引入基本粒子群優(yōu)化算法,對其慣性權(quán)重進(jìn)行改造,從而得到優(yōu)化選址的最佳結(jié)果。優(yōu)化問題由MATLAB軟件編程實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文結(jié)果可為光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的相關(guān)問題提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Solar photovoltaic power generation as a sustainable, clean and efficient energy generation technology, has been widely used in recent years. The installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation system is increasing year by year, and the proportion of power generation in all kinds of energy generation is also rising. Today, when the energy crisis is imminent and environmental protection is concerned, countries focus on the development and utilization of this renewable energy generation, and begin to plan the long-term planning for the development and application of photovoltaic power generation technology. Therefore, solar photovoltaic power generation has become an important research topic. Photovoltaic power generation technology is developing rapidly in China, and its most extensive application is to solve the problem of basic living electricity consumption of residents in the western areas without electricity. Because of the particularity of the geographical location of the western no-electricity area, the traditional power grid technology is difficult to cover. However, the illumination resources in these areas are very sufficient, and the photovoltaic power generation technology has a broad application space. Based on the principle of photovoltaic power generation and the practical application of photovoltaic power generation in no-electricity area, this paper puts forward two schemes of photovoltaic power generation system, such as household photovoltaic power generation and independent power station, which can provide electricity security for residents in no-electricity area according to local conditions. Based on the analysis of the photovoltaic power generation projects of residents in the three counties of Kuo Luo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, Dayi and Bamma counties, and field investigation, the scale of photovoltaic power generation system is further planned and designed, and the equipment is selected. The emphasis of this paper is to optimize the location of the control room of photovoltaic power system in the construction of photovoltaic power plant, and to deal with the constraint condition by using the penalty function method by establishing the location model of the control room. Then the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to improve the inertia weight, and the optimal result is obtained. The optimization problem is realized by MATLAB software programming. The results of this paper can provide scientific basis for the related problems in the construction of photovoltaic power system.
