【摘要】：針對火電廠石膏旋流器運行中存在短路流現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致溢流跑粗的問題,設(shè)計一種環(huán)峰式溢流管結(jié)構(gòu)的新型石膏旋流器,并通過實驗方法研究了其工作性能。結(jié)果表明,同一壓強下與普通石膏旋流器相比,新型石膏旋流器的生產(chǎn)能力提高5%,分離效率提高13%;同時底流質(zhì)量濃度和分級效率均高于普通石膏旋流器的相應(yīng)指標,能夠有效地緩解短路流,減少溢流跑粗問題,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易于使用。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of short circuit flow in operation of gypsum cyclone in thermal power plant, a new type of gypsum cyclone with ring-peak-type overflow pipe structure is designed, and its working performance is studied by experimental method. The results show that under the same pressure, the production capacity of the new type gypsum hydrocyclone is increased by 5 and the separation efficiency is increased by 13% compared with the common gypsum cyclone. At the same time, the concentration of bottom flow mass and the classification efficiency are higher than the corresponding indexes of the ordinary gypsum cyclone, which can effectively alleviate the short-circuit flow, reduce the overflow coarsening problem, simple structure and easy to use.
