儲(chǔ)備式疊層鋰電池集流片的包覆結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:針對(duì)多單元儲(chǔ)備式鋰電池內(nèi)部存在短路現(xiàn)象,影響整個(gè)電池放電性能的問題,提出了儲(chǔ)備式疊層鋰電池集流片包覆結(jié)構(gòu)。該結(jié)構(gòu)在電池集流片內(nèi)圓端面包覆絕緣環(huán),電極置于絕緣環(huán)內(nèi),可將相鄰單元電極與電解液隔離開來。將改進(jìn)后和改進(jìn)前的多單元儲(chǔ)備式鋰電池分別在常溫下以相同電流密度放電,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:包覆集流片的電池放電電壓、放電時(shí)間明顯優(yōu)于未包覆集流片的電池。同時(shí)減少了電池放熱現(xiàn)象,從而提升了電池的放電性能以及電池的安全性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of short circuit inside the multi-unit reserve lithium battery, which affects the discharge performance of the battery, the collector coating structure of the reserve stacked lithium battery is proposed. The structure is coated with an insulating ring on the round end of the cell collector, and the electrode is placed in the insulating ring, which can separate the adjacent cell electrode from the electrolyte. The multi-unit reserve lithium battery was discharged at the same current density at room temperature. The experimental results show that the discharge voltage and discharge time of the battery coated with the collector are obviously better than those without the collector. At the same time, it reduces the heat release of the battery, and improves the discharge performance and the safety of the battery.
