基于LabVIEW的微電網(wǎng)信息平臺研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著全球能源短缺問題以及常規(guī)能源消耗所引發(fā)的環(huán)境問題日益嚴(yán)重,世界各國開始加快對利用新能源的研究步伐。微電網(wǎng)作為未來電力系統(tǒng)的有機(jī)組成部分,在提高電力系統(tǒng)的安全性和可靠性以及緩解能源短缺、抑制環(huán)境繼續(xù)惡化等方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。相對于大電網(wǎng)而言,微電網(wǎng)是一種有效的可控單元,以可再生能源、清潔能源等為生產(chǎn)資料,分為獨立運行和并網(wǎng)運行兩種運行模式,能夠有效的提高供電可靠性與安全性,有利于提高電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的服務(wù)水平,,是未來電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的重要方向之一,同時也是利用可再生能源、清潔能源等的重要手段之一。 微電網(wǎng)信息平臺在微電網(wǎng)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域占據(jù)重要的地位,應(yīng)具備微電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量參數(shù)據(jù)采集、信息處理與判斷等功能。本文通過研究分析國內(nèi)外的有關(guān)于微電網(wǎng)的文獻(xiàn)資料,結(jié)合微電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和有關(guān)的工程實踐背景,構(gòu)建了典型的微電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)模型,在其基礎(chǔ)上研究并分析了我國微電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與內(nèi)容。以LabVIEW為軟件平臺,以NI USB6210數(shù)據(jù)采集卡與S7-200等為硬件基礎(chǔ),對微電網(wǎng)與公共電網(wǎng)的公共連接點處的電能質(zhì)量參數(shù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,對微電網(wǎng)內(nèi)部的光伏發(fā)電、風(fēng)力發(fā)電、儲能設(shè)備等的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測與可靠的控制,建立起人機(jī)交互界面,構(gòu)建了一種微電網(wǎng)信息平臺,該平臺為微電網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域的從業(yè)人員提供了詳實的電能質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),為微電網(wǎng)安全可靠的孤網(wǎng)、并網(wǎng)運行提供了科學(xué)的參考依據(jù)。最后對這一平臺的應(yīng)用做了市場前景分析,該平臺具有現(xiàn)實的工程實踐意義、良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:With the problem of global energy shortage and environmental problems caused by conventional energy consumption, countries around the world began to speed up the pace of research on the use of new energy. As an organic part of the future power system, microgrid plays an important role in improving the security and reliability of power system, alleviating the energy shortage and restraining the environmental deterioration. Compared with large power grid, microgrid is an effective controllable unit. With renewable energy and clean energy as the means of production, it can be divided into two operation modes: independent operation and grid-connected operation, which can effectively improve the reliability and security of power supply. In order to improve the service level of power grid enterprises, it is one of the important directions of power system development in the future, but also one of the important means of utilizing renewable energy, clean energy and so on. Microgrid information platform plays an important role in the field of microgrid technology, and it should have the functions of data acquisition, information processing and judgment. Based on the research and analysis of domestic and international literature on microgrid, combined with the development of microgrid and related engineering background, a typical microgrid system model is constructed. On the basis of it, the standard and content of power quality of microgrid in China are studied and analyzed. On the basis of LabVIEW software platform and NI USB6210 data acquisition card and S7-200, the parameters of power quality at the public connection point between microgrid and public grid are monitored, and the photovoltaic generation and wind power generation inside the micro-grid are analyzed. The key parameters of energy storage equipment are monitored and controlled reliably, the man-machine interface is established, and a microgrid information platform is constructed. The platform provides detailed power quality data for employees in the field of microgrid. It provides a scientific reference for the safe and reliable isolated network and operation of the microgrid. Finally, the market prospect of the platform is analyzed. The platform has practical significance, good economic and environmental benefits.
