適合我國國情的智能電網(wǎng)評價指標(biāo)體系及計算方法

【摘要】:在分析國內(nèi)外智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,針對智能電網(wǎng)區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)電網(wǎng)的高效性、適應(yīng)性、互動性3個方面特點,深入研究了我國智能電網(wǎng)評價指標(biāo)和計算方法。從準(zhǔn)確反映電網(wǎng)設(shè)備利用效率的角度,提出智能電網(wǎng)設(shè)備利用率上限值、實際利用率、相對利用率等高效性指標(biāo)計算方法。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)性和獨立性原則,從智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)電、輸電、用電3個環(huán)節(jié)入手,全面分析智能電網(wǎng)環(huán)境效益,提出基于智能電網(wǎng)節(jié)能減排效益評價的適應(yīng)性指標(biāo)計算方法。從外部環(huán)境、盈利能力、社會貢獻(xiàn)、市場狀況、業(yè)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)、人員技能等6個維度,提出基于智能電網(wǎng)增值服務(wù)評價的互動性指標(biāo)。所提指標(biāo)體系可為進(jìn)一步拓展與完善智能電網(wǎng)綜合評價方法提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of smart grid development at home and abroad, the evaluation index and calculation method of smart grid in China are studied in depth, aiming at the characteristics of high efficiency, adaptability and interaction between smart grid and traditional grid. From the point of view of accurately reflecting the utilization efficiency of power grid equipment, the calculation methods of high efficiency indexes such as upper limit value, actual utilization ratio and relative utilization ratio of smart grid equipment utilization ratio are put forward. According to the principle of systematization and independence, this paper analyzes the environmental benefits of smart grid from three aspects of power generation, transmission and power consumption, and puts forward an adaptive index calculation method based on the evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction benefit of smart grid. From the six dimensions of external environment, profitability, social contribution, market situation, business foundation and personnel skills, an interactive index based on the evaluation of smart grid value-added services is proposed. The proposed index system can provide a theoretical reference for the further expansion and improvement of the comprehensive evaluation method of smart grid.
