變電站智能化改造方案設(shè)計(jì)與評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society, the demand for electricity is increasing, the scale of power grid is gradually expanding, and the level of information is becoming higher and higher. In this situation, the State Grid Corporation timely put forward the concept of "strong intelligent electricity", and substation intelligence is an important part of the grid. In the field of substation automation, the development of intelligent electricity, especially the emergence of intelligent switch, photoelectric transformer and other mechatronics equipment, as well as the rapid development of high speed computer network, are for the collection of substation information. Transmission and fully intelligent processing provide a reliable guarantee. Starting with the technical problems of substation, this paper analyzes the problems existing in primary system and secondary system of traditional substation and digital substation, and analyzes the system structure, intelligent equipment, automation system and advanced application of intelligent substation. In technical aspects such as intelligent auxiliary facilities and management aspects such as organizational structure and operation flow transformation, safety production transformation and rules and regulations transformation, the intelligent transformation of substations is put forward, and then the establishment includes technical aspects. The evaluation system of intelligent transformation scheme of substation in three aspects of economic benefit and social benefit is presented. Taking M substation as an example, the basic data obtained by expert scoring method are used, and many weighting methods, such as order relation method, eigenvalue method and set value iterative method, are adopted. The results show that intelligent substation can improve the overall level of substation, improve the efficiency of enterprises, and achieve the purpose of saving land, saving energy, reducing noise and so on, to increase social benefits. Finally, it is expected that the practical effect will be obtained: greatly improving the reliability of the equipment operation, realizing the automation of the equipment operation, improving the efficiency of resource use and production management, making the operation more economical, energy saving and environmental protection. The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for intelligent substation construction and substation intelligent transformation, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for intelligent power grid construction.
