10kV XLPE電纜冷縮中間接頭典型工藝缺陷的局部放電特性研究

【摘要】：10 k V XLPE電纜中間接頭作為電纜絕緣的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),任何絕緣缺陷都會產生局部放電,導致絕緣劣化甚至擊穿。為研究不同缺陷下的放電特性,以一段150 m長的XLPE電纜作為試驗對象,在75 m處設置可拔插式中間接頭,試驗設計和模擬壓接管尖角未打磨、主絕緣環(huán)形劃痕、壓接處錯用絕緣膠帶3種典型缺陷模型,采用脈沖電流法對其放電信號進行檢測。結果表明:壓接管尖角未打磨時放電呈單極性,主絕緣存在縱向劃痕時放電呈"饅頭狀"的雙極性,壓接處錯用絕緣膠帶時放電呈"平臺狀"的雙極性;壓接管尖角未打磨時放電頻率較低,隨電壓升高線性增加;主絕緣存在縱向劃痕時,隨電壓升高放電頻率呈線性增加,壓接處錯用絕緣膠帶時與主絕緣存在縱向劃痕時的放電頻率相差不大,隨著電壓升高放電頻率會呈現先慢后快的增長趨勢。
[Abstract]:As the weak link of insulation of 10 k V XLPE cable, any insulation defect will produce partial discharge, leading to insulation deterioration or even breakdown. In order to study the discharge characteristics of different defects, a 150m long XLPE cable was used as the test object. A pullable interconnect was set up at 75 m. The test design and simulation of the unpolished angle of the pressure nozzle and the ring scratches of the main insulation were carried out. Three kinds of typical defect models of insulation tape were used to detect the discharge signal by pulse current method. The results show that the discharge is unipolar when the tip angle is not polished, the discharge is "steamed bread" bipolar when there is longitudinal scratch in the main insulation, and the discharge is "flat" bipolar when the adhesive tape is misused at the indentation. The discharge frequency is low when the tip angle is not polished, and increases linearly with the increase of voltage. When the main insulation has longitudinal scratches, the discharge frequency increases linearly with the increase of voltage. With the increase of voltage, the discharge frequency will slow first and then increase quickly.
