核電站主給水系統(tǒng)建模仿真及故障診斷

【摘要】:核電站主給水系統(tǒng)是一個重要的、復(fù)雜的,存在多種能量耦合的系統(tǒng)。同時因其跨越核島和常規(guī)島,主給水系統(tǒng)的正常運行對整個核電站的運行有著至關(guān)重要的作用,故對該系統(tǒng)進行建模仿真、故障診斷的研究,對提高整個核電站的設(shè)計和運行管理水平有著重要的意義。論文依托國內(nèi)某先進核電站的主給水系統(tǒng),通過創(chuàng)建主給水系統(tǒng)的偽鍵合圖模型,對系統(tǒng)的熱力學(xué)性質(zhì)及流體能量性質(zhì)進行了詳細(xì)的分析,同時將實際模型與MATLAB軟件仿真模型進行全面對比,驗證模型的正確性和有效性。系統(tǒng)模型的仿真及仿真結(jié)果的分析,為評估驗證自身設(shè)計、優(yōu)化設(shè)計參數(shù)、以及進行故障仿真等工作提供指導(dǎo)和幫助。在完成系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型以及對系統(tǒng)運行工況分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用Petri網(wǎng)理論,針對某先進第三代核電主給水系統(tǒng)故障信號,建立系統(tǒng)工況模型及故障模型,以完成系統(tǒng)基態(tài)故障診斷和系統(tǒng)動態(tài)故障診斷,為核電站系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)特性描述及系統(tǒng)的故障診斷提供了一種新的方法。同時論文還進一步的分析了影響主給水系統(tǒng)故障率的因素,提出了一種通過提升開關(guān)量儀表可靠性來體降低系統(tǒng)故障率的手段。
[Abstract]:The main water supply system of nuclear power station is an important and complex system with multiple energy coupling. At the same time, because it crosses the nuclear island and conventional island, the normal operation of the main feed water system is very important to the operation of the whole nuclear power plant, so the modeling and simulation of the system and the study of fault diagnosis are carried out. It is of great significance to improve the design and operation management level of the whole nuclear power plant. Based on the main water supply system of a domestic advanced nuclear power plant, the thermodynamic properties and fluid energy properties of the system are analyzed in detail by creating the pseudo-bond graph model of the main feed water system. At the same time, the actual model is compared with the MATLAB software simulation model to verify the correctness and validity of the model. The simulation of the system model and the analysis of the simulation results provide guidance and help for the evaluation and verification of the design, optimization of design parameters, and fault simulation. Based on the completion of the system mathematical model and the analysis of the operating conditions of the system, based on the theory of Petri net, the system working condition model and the fault model are established according to the fault signals of the advanced third generation nuclear power supply system. In order to complete system ground state fault diagnosis and system dynamic fault diagnosis, a new method is provided for dynamic characteristic description and system fault diagnosis of nuclear power plant system. At the same time, the paper further analyzes the factors that affect the failure rate of the main feed water system, and puts forward a method to reduce the system failure rate by raising the reliability of the switch meter.
