高功率密度多軸交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)全數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在分析永磁同步電機(jī)矢量控制理論的基礎(chǔ)上,針對當(dāng)前工業(yè)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)高功率密度的發(fā)展需求,提出了一種新型的多軸交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,給出了軟硬件的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。系統(tǒng)采用DSP+FPGA的體系結(jié)構(gòu),運(yùn)用集中控制及分層處理的設(shè)計(jì)思想,集數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)處理、智能控制及網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信等功能于一體。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)具有體積小、實(shí)時(shí)性好、精度高、可靠性高、動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)快等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of vector control theory of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a new design scheme of multi-axis AC servo drive control system is proposed to meet the development demand of high power density of industrial NC system. The realization method of hardware and software is given. The system adopts the architecture of DSP FPGA, uses the design idea of centralized control and hierarchical processing, and integrates the functions of data acquisition, data processing, intelligent control and network communication. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of small volume, good real-time, high precision, high reliability and fast dynamic response.
