基于分布式控制的獨立型光儲水柴微網(wǎng)調(diào)度策略

【摘要】:基于分布式微網(wǎng)能量管理框架,提出一種光儲水柴微網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟調(diào)度策略,包括預測層、調(diào)度層和控制層。預測層提供能量管理相關決策數(shù)據(jù);調(diào)度層采用邊際成本競價機制,通過光伏和水電電價補償策略,合理分配光水資源,減少柴油發(fā)電機的發(fā)電比例;控制層包括穩(wěn)態(tài)控制和緊急控制,其中穩(wěn)態(tài)控制策略用于控制本地設備跟蹤調(diào)度計劃運行,而緊急控制策略用于對系統(tǒng)可用發(fā)電容量進行分配,以維持系統(tǒng)功率平衡。以實際光儲水柴微網(wǎng)為例,對比實際運行數(shù)據(jù),所提出的調(diào)度策略在充分利用光水資源的基礎上,保證了系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運行。
[Abstract]:Based on distributed microgrid energy management framework, an economic scheduling strategy for optical water storage microgrid is proposed, which includes prediction layer, scheduling layer and control layer. The prediction layer provides the relevant decision data of energy management, the dispatching layer adopts marginal cost bidding mechanism, through photovoltaic and hydropower price compensation strategy, reasonable allocation of light water resources, reduce the proportion of diesel generator generation; The control layer includes steady-state control and emergency control, in which the steady-state control strategy is used to control the local equipment tracking scheduling operation, and the emergency control strategy is used to allocate the available generation capacity to maintain the power balance of the system. Taking the actual light water storage diesel micronetwork as an example, compared with the actual operation data, the proposed scheduling strategy ensures the stable operation of the system on the basis of making full use of the light water resources.
