大型燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組調(diào)試工作質(zhì)量管理對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:The electric power industry has the fundamental support function to our country economy and the social development. In the past ten years, our country has vigorously supported the engineering construction of large gas generating units. The commissioning of gas generating unit is the last step in the construction of power generation infrastructure, and it is also the final test of the drawing design, equipment manufacture and system installation of the unit project. Therefore, the quality of commissioning is closely related to the smooth transfer of the new gas unit power station to commercial operation. The purpose of this paper is to make use of the method of theoretical research and case analysis to put forward the detailed countermeasures to the problems faced in the quality management of debugging work in the construction of large gas generating units. First of all, this paper reviews the basic theory of project quality management through literature review. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of quality management in commissioning of gas generating units, and starts with the factors affecting the quality of commissioning work. Find out the problems faced by the commissioning of gas units; third, comb the key points of quality management of the commissioning of gas units, and from the perspective of quality management, put forward the corresponding countermeasures; finally, The feasibility of the quality management strategy is analyzed through the case of Chen re relocation project in which the author personally participated. This paper provides a more perfect management model and management system for the commissioning of large gas units. It provides a new idea for the quality management of commissioning in similar large power station projects, and promotes the research and development of quality management theory in the commissioning stage of engineering projects.
