【摘要】：電力行業(yè)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展具有根本性的支撐作用。近十年來(lái),我國(guó)大力支持大型燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組的工程建設(shè)。燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組的調(diào)試工作是發(fā)電基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的最后環(huán)節(jié),也是對(duì)機(jī)組項(xiàng)目的圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備制造及系統(tǒng)安裝等工作最后的測(cè)試。所以,新建的燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組電站能否順利移交商業(yè)運(yùn)行與其調(diào)試工作的質(zhì)量有著密切的關(guān)系。本論文旨在利用理論研究結(jié)合案例分析的方法,對(duì)大型燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組建設(shè)過(guò)程中調(diào)試工作質(zhì)量管理面臨的問(wèn)題提出詳細(xì)的對(duì)策。首先,本論文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)追溯,回顧了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的基礎(chǔ)理論;其次,分析燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組調(diào)試工作質(zhì)量管理的特點(diǎn),并從影響調(diào)試工作質(zhì)量的因素角度入手,找出燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組調(diào)試工作面臨的問(wèn)題;第三,梳理燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組調(diào)試工作質(zhì)量管理的重點(diǎn),并從質(zhì)量管理的因素角度出發(fā),提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策;最后,通過(guò)作者親身參與的陳熱搬遷工程案例,分析該質(zhì)量管理對(duì)策的可行性。本文為大型燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組調(diào)試工作的質(zhì)量管理提供了更為完善的管理模式與管理體系。為類(lèi)似的大型電站工程項(xiàng)目中調(diào)試工作的質(zhì)量管理提供了新思路,并推動(dòng)了質(zhì)量管理理論在工程項(xiàng)目調(diào)試階段的研究與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The electric power industry has the fundamental support function to our country economy and the social development. In the past ten years, our country has vigorously supported the engineering construction of large gas generating units. The commissioning of gas generating unit is the last step in the construction of power generation infrastructure, and it is also the final test of the drawing design, equipment manufacture and system installation of the unit project. Therefore, the quality of commissioning is closely related to the smooth transfer of the new gas unit power station to commercial operation. The purpose of this paper is to make use of the method of theoretical research and case analysis to put forward the detailed countermeasures to the problems faced in the quality management of debugging work in the construction of large gas generating units. First of all, this paper reviews the basic theory of project quality management through literature review. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of quality management in commissioning of gas generating units, and starts with the factors affecting the quality of commissioning work. Find out the problems faced by the commissioning of gas units; third, comb the key points of quality management of the commissioning of gas units, and from the perspective of quality management, put forward the corresponding countermeasures; finally, The feasibility of the quality management strategy is analyzed through the case of Chen re relocation project in which the author personally participated. This paper provides a more perfect management model and management system for the commissioning of large gas units. It provides a new idea for the quality management of commissioning in similar large power station projects, and promotes the research and development of quality management theory in the commissioning stage of engineering projects.
