無(wú)導(dǎo)光板LED平板燈獲得表面照度均勻的投射器設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:白光LED平板燈憑借其獨(dú)特自然的燈光效果得到了廣泛的好評(píng),鑒于平板燈中導(dǎo)光板與LED存在光耦合效率低,吸收、反射損耗大問(wèn)題,本論文研究了一種無(wú)導(dǎo)光板LED平板燈,并重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行表面照度均勻的高效投射器光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),用于提高LED平板燈的出光效率和照度均勻性,采用投射器代替導(dǎo)光板可使LED平板燈的重量輕,制作成本低,光損失小。照明光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)中一般的投射器研究均基于正面均勻照明的目的,本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于首次研究了側(cè)面近場(chǎng)均勻照明的LED投射器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了出光效率高和表面亮度均勻性好的LED平板燈設(shè)計(jì),拓展了LED投射器的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。 論文概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外LED投射器的研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了利用軟件MATLAB、SolidWorks和TracePro設(shè)計(jì)用于無(wú)導(dǎo)光板LED平板燈的LED投射器設(shè)計(jì)方法,,并建立了無(wú)導(dǎo)光板LED平板燈仿真模型。 基于無(wú)導(dǎo)光板LED平板燈的特殊結(jié)構(gòu),研究了兩種高效LED投射器,一種是自由曲面透鏡投射器,用于單雙面LED平板燈,另一種是柱面列陣投射器,用于雙面LED平板燈。投射器對(duì)LED光源所發(fā)出的光進(jìn)行重新分配;趲缀喂鈱W(xué)和能量守恒原理,將LED出射光線按照極向角進(jìn)行分割,按照光線能量(即光通量)均分的原則,使目標(biāo)面相同分割區(qū)域內(nèi)具有相同數(shù)量的光線。通過(guò)MATLAB編程求得投射器的外形輪廓曲線,利用SolidWorks軟件上建立出光學(xué)仿真模型,最后通過(guò)Tracepro軟件進(jìn)行光線追跡仿真驗(yàn)證LED投射器的光學(xué)效果,及其應(yīng)用于無(wú)導(dǎo)光板LED平板燈的可行性。結(jié)果表明本文設(shè)計(jì)的LED投射器具有很高的出光效率和側(cè)面目標(biāo)照明均勻性,應(yīng)用于無(wú)導(dǎo)光板LED平板燈,對(duì)面積為240mm360mm的LED平板燈的仿真結(jié)果為,柱面透鏡列陣投射器的出光效率最佳達(dá)96.03%,自由曲面投射器側(cè)面照明目標(biāo)面(平板燈出光面)均勻度最佳為96.6%。 根據(jù)上述設(shè)計(jì)投射器模型,利用激光打標(biāo)機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)制作了投射器模具,包括柱面透鏡列陣LED投射器和自由曲面透鏡LED投射器模具,并通過(guò)熱模壓機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)制作了PMMA投射器。將理論計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方法的正確性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并且實(shí)驗(yàn)中獲得了平板燈面板最佳照度均勻性為95.74%。
[Abstract]:The white LED flat lamp has been widely praised for its unique natural lighting effect. In view of the low efficiency of light coupling between the light guide plate and the LED, the problem of high absorption and reflection loss, a kind of LED flat panel lamp without light guide is studied in this paper. The optical design of high efficiency projector with uniform surface illumination is emphasized, which is used to improve the efficiency and uniformity of illumination of LED flat-panel lamp. Using projector instead of light guide plate can make the weight of LED flat lamp light, manufacture cost low and light loss small. The general research of projectors in lighting optical design is based on the purpose of frontal uniform illumination. The main innovation of this paper is to study the LED projector with lateral near-field uniform illumination for the first time. The design of LED flat lamp with high light efficiency and good surface brightness uniformity is realized, and the application field of LED projector is expanded. This paper summarizes the research status of LED projector at home and abroad, introduces the design method of LED projector used for LED flat lamp without guide plate by using software MATLAB,SolidWorks and TracePro, and establishes the simulation model of LED flat lamp without guide plate. Based on the special structure of LED flat lamp without light guide plate, two kinds of high efficient LED projectors are studied, one is a free-form curved lens projector, which is used for a single and double side LED flat panel lamp, the other is a cylindrical array projector, which is used for a double-sided LED flat panel lamp. The projector redistributes the light emitted by the LED light source. Based on the principle of geometric optics and conservation of energy, the LED emission ray is divided according to the polar angle and the principle of equal distribution of ray energy (i.e. luminous flux) to make the same number of rays in the same segmentation area of the target surface. The outline curve of projector is obtained by MATLAB programming, and the optical simulation model is established by using SolidWorks software. Finally, the optical effect of LED projector is verified by ray tracing simulation with Tracepro software. And the feasibility of its application to LED flat lamp without light guide plate. The results show that the LED projector designed in this paper has high luminous efficiency and uniformity of side target illumination. It is applied to LED flat lamp without light guide plate. The simulation results of LED flat lamp with area of 240mm360mm are as follows: The optimum light efficiency of cylindrical lens array projector is 96.03, and the uniformity of flank illumination target surface of free-form surface projector is 96.6. According to the designed projector model, the projector mould, including cylindrical lens array LED projector and freeform curved lens LED projector mold, is made by using laser marking machine, and PMMA projector is made by hot mold press experiment. By comparing the theoretical results with the experimental data, the correctness of the design method is verified, and the optimum illumination uniformity of the flat panel is obtained in the experiment.
