純相磷酸鐵鋰PLD靶材合成和表征

【摘要】:本研究著眼于確定制備純相Li Fe PO4脈沖激光沉積靶材的合成條件。通過(guò)TG-DTA實(shí)驗(yàn)分析合成過(guò)程,XRD檢測(cè)確定晶相,SEM觀察表面形貌。結(jié)果表明,采用液相法在800℃、通有氬氣(93%)和氫氣(7%)的混合氣體中焙燒制得純相的Li Fe PO4粉末,經(jīng)壓合焙燒獲得了純相、高結(jié)晶度、大晶粒的Li Fe PO4靶材。利用脈沖激光技術(shù)沉積Li Fe PO4薄膜,薄膜結(jié)構(gòu)致密,晶粒粒徑達(dá)納米級(jí)別。
