VRLA電池SOC估算的改進(jìn)方法

【摘要】:對VRLA電池的荷電狀態(tài)(state of charge,SOC)進(jìn)行估算是蓄電池能量管理的前提。考慮蓄電池充放電電流、工作溫度和充放電循環(huán)次數(shù)等因素影響估算電池SOC的準(zhǔn)確度,對傳統(tǒng)的能量法進(jìn)行了修正;通過在電池電壓恢復(fù)特性曲線基礎(chǔ)上建立開路電壓預(yù)測模型,提取電池E-SOC關(guān)系曲線,用于電動(dòng)勢法在線估算;分析兩種估算SOC方法的特點(diǎn),提出了改進(jìn)的能量-電動(dòng)勢法SOC在線估算的改進(jìn)方法,從而達(dá)到各取所長,優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)的效果。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明改進(jìn)的能量-電動(dòng)勢法SOC估算方法簡單實(shí)用、準(zhǔn)確度高。
[Abstract]:The estimation of charged state (state of charge,SOC of VRLA battery is the premise of battery energy management. Considering the charge and discharge current of battery, working temperature and cycle times of charge and discharge, etc., the accuracy of estimating battery SOC is affected, and the traditional energy method is modified. The open circuit voltage prediction model is established on the basis of the voltage recovery characteristic curve of the battery, and the E-SOC relation curve of the battery is extracted for the on-line estimation of the electromotive force method, and the characteristics of the two methods for estimating SOC are analyzed. An improved method for on-line estimation of SOC using energy-electromotive force method is put forward in order to achieve the effect of taking advantages and complementing each other's advantages. The experimental results show that the improved energy EMF SOC estimation method is simple and practical with high accuracy.
