【摘要】：針對(duì)高速永磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速高、調(diào)速范圍寬的特點(diǎn),該文提出了一種模糊PI模型參考自適應(yīng)(model reference adaptive system,MRAS)觀測(cè)器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了永磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子位置檢測(cè)。此方法將模糊PI調(diào)節(jié)器應(yīng)用于模型參考自適應(yīng)觀測(cè)器,通過(guò)模糊控制器調(diào)整PI調(diào)節(jié)器的比例積分系數(shù),以使PI調(diào)節(jié)器能在電機(jī)很寬的速度范圍內(nèi)都具有良好的動(dòng)穩(wěn)態(tài)性能,提高了模型參考自適應(yīng)觀測(cè)器對(duì)高速永磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子位置的檢測(cè)精度。最后,以帶有風(fēng)機(jī)負(fù)載的4 kW磁懸浮軸承高速永磁同步電機(jī)為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行了Matlab仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于此方法的轉(zhuǎn)子位置檢測(cè)和速度估計(jì),并分析了轉(zhuǎn)子位置誤差產(chǎn)生的來(lái)源以及補(bǔ)償方式,證明所提方法適用于高速永磁同步電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子位置檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the characteristics of high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with high speed and wide speed range, a fuzzy PI model reference adaptive (model reference adaptive system,MRAS (model reference adaptive system,MRAS) observer is proposed to detect the rotor position of PMSM. In this method, the fuzzy PI regulator is applied to the model reference adaptive observer, and the proportional integral coefficient of the PI regulator is adjusted by the fuzzy controller, so that the PI regulator can have good dynamic and steady performance in a wide range of motor speeds. The model reference adaptive observer is used to detect the rotor position of high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Finally, the Matlab simulation and experiment of 4 kW high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor with fan load are carried out, and the rotor position detection and velocity estimation based on this method are realized. The source of rotor position error and the compensation method are analyzed. It is proved that the proposed method is suitable for rotor position detection of high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM).
