SCR裝置對鍋爐煙風(fēng)參數(shù)影響研究

【摘要】:隨著氮氧化物排放污染越來越嚴重,國家已加大對其控制力度,并由此修改了環(huán)保標準,通過分析目前電廠氮氧化物排放控制的現(xiàn)狀及面臨的嚴峻形勢,可見對煙氣的脫硝非常有必要。而增設(shè)SCR裝置將會對鍋爐煙風(fēng)參數(shù)帶來一系列影響,故研究SCR裝置對鍋爐煙風(fēng)參數(shù)的影響將對完成減排污染物的責(zé)任目標,改善環(huán)境,建設(shè)環(huán)保創(chuàng)新型的企業(yè)具有重要且深遠的意義。本文通過查閱文獻資料,先簡要介紹了SCR法、SNCR法及組合SNCR+SCR法三種工藝的工作原理、脫硝效率、投資及運行成本,并進行優(yōu)缺點比較及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟性分析。然后著重介紹了SCR脫硝技術(shù),從系統(tǒng)布置、設(shè)計要點、主要設(shè)備、影響其性能的因素等幾個方面進行了詳細的論述。接著,探討了加設(shè)SCR脫硝系統(tǒng)后對鍋爐煙風(fēng)參數(shù)產(chǎn)生的影響,對于主體設(shè)計基本完成后再補建SCR脫硝系統(tǒng)的改造,必須考慮新增裝置的影響。最后,結(jié)合工程實踐,以哈鍋設(shè)計制造的揚子石化分公司熱電廠的220t/h的高溫高壓燃煤鍋爐SCR改造為例,通過詳細的案例介紹將前述改造理論充分地運用到實際項目中,可見SCR改造非常具備實際操作意義。
[Abstract]:With the more and more serious nitrogen oxide emission pollution, the state has increased its control, and has revised the environmental protection standard, through the analysis of the current situation of power plant nitrogen oxide emission control and the grim situation. It can be seen that the denitrification of flue gas is very necessary. The addition of SCR device will bring a series of effects on the parameters of boiler flue gas, so the study of the influence of SCR device on the parameters of boiler flue gas will achieve the goal of reducing the emission of pollutants and improve the environment. It is of great significance to build an innovative enterprise for environmental protection. In this paper, the working principle, denitrification efficiency, investment and operation cost of SCR method and combined SNCR SCR process are briefly introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed. Then the technology of SCR denitrification is introduced in detail, including system layout, design essentials, main equipment, factors affecting its performance and so on. Then, the influence of adding SCR denitrification system on boiler flue gas parameters is discussed. The influence of new equipment must be considered for the reconstruction of SCR denitrification system after the main design is basically completed. Finally, combined with the engineering practice, taking the SCR transformation of the high-temperature and high-pressure coal-fired boiler of 220t/h of the Yangzi Petrochemical Branch Thermal Power Plant designed and manufactured by the Harbin Pot as an example, the above modification theory is fully applied to the actual project through the detailed case introduction. It can be seen that SCR transformation has practical significance.
